    She received her Conditional permanent residence in 2021, we filed removal of conditions in 2023, removal of conditions is currently pending, can she she sign this form? Will it be considered claim of citizenship?

    Is legal zoom useful for getting wills and poas prepared, looking to get them done for spouse and I. How much does it cost? Anyone with personal experience of having used it and also sent it with ROC package?

    Wife quit on the first day of a job, worked only a few hours. Did fill out the W4 for taxes, it was only a few hours pay and no check was ever sent for the amount nor was it paid in any other way. Ownership of the business changed so was not able to contact. Is it required to include that in the tax returns, not sure how to go about it. PS: she has a 2 year green card.

    Wife received 10 year green card instead of 2 and filed I90 to correct it, she still has the erroneous green card in possession because I90 was filed online. Is is ok to use that for applying to college applications. The college she wants to go to requires a copy of the green card with the application. Is it acceptable to use this green card she has in possession?

    Wife adjusted from K1, wanting to add her to house that I own, how to go about it and what things to consider (pros and cons) . She is a conditional permanent resident.
