Until she complete 2 more yrs to apply for citizenship then divorce .what u guys think ? Is there any better way or should i move temporary to Himalayas and keep in toich with her in good faith and help until she becomes Citizen and then divorce???

Thanks Everyone for responding quickly..
Yes they both were working and my step child saved 15k in 8 months and contributed none. She was not helping in dusting or cleaning the home not even cleaning her dishes. I was cleaning her dishes. My spouse is still working . she starts at 5am to 10pm ( 112 hrs /weeks ) . i am not getting her time and feels lonely. She is working for her daughter to send money to india . she saved 20k which she transfer to india but she is contributing 50% of my rent and i take care of the rest including other expenses and grocery . inam Dropping and picking her up without any break since she started working .
Step child left week ago for India to get marry in jan ending 2023 and my spouse will join her in Dec ending . Do u think my i864 obligation will come to an end once my step child get marry for my stepchild at least.
Should i wait for my spouse to become a US citizen before divorce or hire a lawyer ?? I have no idea ...planning to go back to Himalayas for few months and will wait until she become Citizen . what do u think?

My spouse and child is coming on IR1/IR2 visa , through united airline from New Delhi to Seattle but POE will be EWR . There will be only 2.35 hours layover at EWR . How much time does it take going through CBP/DHS and security . Moreover, I hope she is not required to check-in bags again, since she did it at the origin ( New Delhi to Seattle ) through United Airline. Also, I heard staff at this POE are not humble as google reviews reveled. Please , share if someone has such experience or any advice to handle it with ease ...Replies will be appreciated...

Hello guys
what option ( Yes or No,. Please see below) , I have to choose when changing the address ( AR-11) online being a petitioner for my beneficiaries. They are entering first time in US and has no other petition or application pending with uscis EXCEPT receiving green card and Social security card once they arrive. Here is the question to answer before changing address online and I havens hard time to select the option. Please help....
" Have you filed an immigration related applications or petition and have not yet, received a decision notice, card or document" ?
What should I answer to this question which begins at the start of the "Address Change (AR-11) Online application ? If I answer YES , there is a form number i have to select (may be in OS155A in this case). If I select NO , then there is no such form number from the drop down list, it got ( it disappeared in that case) . Please help that..
Replies will be appreciated from the visa community

Hello Visa journey Community
Please reply to the above asked question.

Thanks Lil
what does POE mean ? Does it mean Port of entry ?
1. Also , as a petitioner can i change address using AR-11 online form on behalf my spouse and child , although my spouse should update at the POE with CBP /DHS officer.
2. Since my family flying through United Airline from India which has a layover in New York for 2.5 hours and this is not the final destination , the final destination is Seattle , WA . Does this location will be serve as a POE for my spouse, where she will get her I-155 green card stamped on her passport or at the final destination in Seattle .
I am concerning ,she might miss her connection to Seattle if New York will serve her POE since there is only 2.5hrs of halt at New York.
Replies will be appreciated from this community .

Well ..i just got a bigger place for my family ( having IR1/IR2 visa ) , arriving on march 15, 2022 in US.
1. Should i change my address with USCIS online (AR-11) right now although my move-in date is March 14th 2022 to a new home. Can I change it with USPS online, for mail forwarding from March 15th.
OR should i wait until my family arrive US and move to a new home.
2. should we update CBP officer at port of entry on March 15th 2022 about our new address ( since DS 260 has old address)
Replies would be appreciated from the Visa journey community...

Thanks for responding Pushbrk
Appreciated ...
Well can I keep my mailing address as such which I mentioned with USCIS and DS260 form at the time of filing their petitions unless I get their green card and SSN card and keep my family in a hotel temporary until I get a bigger place. Once I get a new home I can then change my address online with USCIS . my present place is tiny place and not enough for 3 of us. I cannot keep my present mailing home address for long since I am paying a rental. I hope we will get green card and SSN card in 2 to 3 weeks . please advice ...thanks

Thanks Timona appreciated ur reply
Also , there are only few weeks before my child turns 21 and she will enter US before that . And I am looking for a big place . And it very hard to get one in short notice.
Can I rent a new home after they enter to US. Or i have to do it now and update CBP officer at the port of entry and USCIS.
I am freaking out. Please advice...
Thanks

Hi everyone
I worked as a self employed/ independent contractor last year and now I did not work since march 6th 2020. what should I put in " current annual income " . I am filing with a joint sponsor though I met 125% criteria but close to the qualifying criteria.
should I get a job ( gig job, independent contractor, which I can get in few days rather than a w2 job) before uploading i864. or is it ok to file with a joint sponsor because my current annual income is zero currently . can I file with joint sponsor and I have no current job. I have no idea...
any advice ..
thanks

Hi Lul bear
One more quick question about my joint sponsor
If my joint sponsor filed i864 in the past and he had a joint sponsor to sponsored his family ,that includes his spouse and 2 children. They all have green card now and his 2 children file their own taxes separately and my joint sponsor who is children's father file with his spouse.
Do u think part5 item 6 on i864 will be number 2. Which says "if u sponsored anyone in the past and used i864"... Do u think it matter even if he had a joint sponser. Plse clarify..
Thanks

1. USCIS have their current physical which is same as the mailing address on file till now. We are still at current address until jan 2nd and then we will be using PO BOX address for receiving mails.
My question is , should be changing this PO BOX with USCIS ?
2. Yes, no physical address for 5 months here. We Will have new physical address when come back.
3. Yes , i have been in US working for the last 19 years which is more than 40 quarters of SS.
I hope i answers all of ur 3 question ? What u think now , should we change PO BOX address with USCIS or no ?? Thanks
