Hi guys, my husband did not receive his NOA

So we submitted the non-delivery request today, and the case status shows:
"On June 18, 2020, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive, referral number xxxxxxx, was assigned to an officer for response"

Does this mean it was assigned to an officer already or just an automated response kind of thing? Cuz from reading through the replies on the forum, it seems like usually it takes awhile to be assigned to an officer.

Just wait.. my request was assigned an officer on 06/10 and got answer on 06/16.

I didn’t  get a good answer.. I truly believe it depends service center..
Unfortunetly my Service center are no sending NOA through non delivery notice request

Those of you still waiting for your NOA, especially those whose cards expire in the next 2-3 weeks, make sure you have emailed the lockbox at least once (go for twice, I did!) And put in an online service request before and AS WELL AS calling. Seems my persistence paid off. I got the following email today. Notice it doesn't state how long the letter will take - I am just hoping that it will take a week or 10 days max...

    Hi,

Which one is your processing center?

Que have the same timeline they received my case 05/05 , still no NOA , and I sent the Inquiry like 2 weeks ago on June 5 and they responded saying that they don’t send duplicate copies of NOA and then I emailed lockbox and they just never responded at all

Same here, I believe our service center (Potomac) are sending same answers for all of us.
I don’t know why...  lockbox email doesn't work for me they never replied.

I will try one more time using tool non delivery of notice if they don’t send my NOA. I will try through my congressman

Hi! Our package was sent on May 12. They received it on May 18th. Confirmation text received on May 20th. Status changed to fingerprint taken on June 12th and today the alert that mail is coming from them.

    20200617_104731.jpg

I believe is a letter to let you know that your fingerprints are been applied.

Hopelly I am wrong and is your NOA
    keep posting! Good luck 🤗

I got this too on 5/17. A tier 2 officer opened an inquiry for me 6/15 to Potomac stating lockbox will not provide a copy (I actually got an email from lockbox! They were no help at all) therefore Potomac must provide my copy. Still waiting for this inquiry to be assigned to an officer 🙄 Ridiculous really...

I read 3 filers got same answer from Potomac...

Others filers are getting NOA maybe from others Services Centers

    This is so frustrating 😏

this thread belongs on June 2020 filers but I was wondering if anyone had the same problem or any information about my case

Hello everyone I filed the I-751 form on June 01 and they received on June 02
I got the notification from USPS and the person name who signed but after 15 days, I didn't receive any notification or update from my case, so I was wondering what can I do the website said:

"NOTE: Do not submit an inquiry if you recently filed an application. You should receive a receipt notice within 30 days after filing at a Service Center or 30 days after filing at a Lockbox. "

but other cases the credit/check was charge after 3-5 days after USCIS received their forms so I believe is something wrong with my case...

also in USCIS online website to make a claim or ask for an update on your case you have to write a Receipt Number something that I don't have yet...
any help or information I will be more than happy to heard

    GC expires on 09/07/2020...

    Hi,

I believe you filed a week early... you should file 90 days window before your gc expires.

They will send the package back to you take 3 to 4 weeks.

Once you receive your package you need resend with updated cover letter and updated payment

    Good luck 🤗

    Hi,

So, here's a question. We forgot to include the G-1145 form for E-notification with our I-751. How screwed are we? Seriously, what if my wife's 2 year CGC expires before we receive an NOA? It makes sense though that we should get a receipt number in the mail, right?

    Hi,

Ok if you do not include G-1145 form you can know if they have your case if they cashed your check if you don’t have this info, you should call Uscis and ask if they can provide to you receipt number many of filers do this and the provide this number with this number you can track your case online.

If you don’t have you receipt number you cannot know if your case is accepted.

All April and May fillers are waiting for NOA, we don’t know the problem but defenetly they have some issues sending NOA.

My advise is if you don’t have receipt number call just provide Alien number and they will provide your receipt number, because if not maybe they rejected for some reason the application and sent back to you usually take 3 or 4 weeks for get the application back. ( Hopefully it’s no your case)

I’ve done it all and I’m waiting to get a call back to schedule an appointment to get stamp but earlier today we found out it’s not classed as emergency. 🙄 I sent emails to lockbox every other week. I’m waiting for June 17th to put in my 2nd online inquiry. But I’ll try that form this weekend! Thank you for jumping over and letting us know!

You’re welcome! I found another link (Msg to Uscis) is the same like call customer service but for msg

I will try it! I’m running out of ideas here so why not!

I just going to start sending email to lockbox and non delivery of notice. and calling customer service if I don't have luck with those tools.
But definitely will consider send this form too.
I was thinking if we can go social media like Twitter, Instagram they have official pages there and do some comments about this issue with NOA I-751 fillers. Maybe they look at those comments..
Another one is try speak tier 3 (supervisor) customer service but if speak with tier 2 is difficult 😏. But come on loss jobs and don’t have a current DL is an emergency 🤷🏻‍♀️ They have to allow make appointment and get stamp

I guess my question is how do we prove we didn’t receive it?

Screenshot of your Sms, or screenshot of your account where show case was received on that date. I saw a box that you can wrtite and explain your case I think you can explain how many times you already called Uscis customer service and if you have the mail they replied to you. I think you can submit I don’t know if this works but we are in the same boat. They have everything on system, I read someone who called Uscis and they toll her that it’s true they did not send NOA and again same asnwer email lockbox... and I think this is not working.

I just my opinion, again I don’t know if this works but we can try

  13. Hi guys I am May filler today is my 30 day mark without NOA.
I just found this page I read you can submit this form DHS 7001 if you did not receive answers on your case like NOA, Card etc. This can use if you already used tools and customer service and did not receive answer o resolve your problem.. I am not sure if this works can you guys read this and posted your thoughts about it. Thanks

    Good Luck!

I sent my inquiry yesterday for the NOA letter, it passed 30 days. No news yet, package received May 4th and text receipt May 7th but no NOA yet for about a Month!!!

I just read April filers this is so frustrating... They spoke with customer service and they said need to call to get an appointment for get stamp on their passport as proof of status. With the stamp you can travel, work and get DL

For me it’s better get my Extension letter NOA 😞

That's for form I-765 Employment Authorization Application, its not for I-751  Removal of Conditions Petitions. I hope they do the same for Removal of Conditions Residents, that would be great! Crossing fingers, good luck to everyone! :)

Yes they use for other form like I-751

you can read March and April filers they reuse their fingerprints.

I read other articles on uscis they will do this till September 1. 🤷🏻‍♀️

So I’m really really getting very stressed out, I could not print any At&t statement Their system is down since Monday night, I only have 1 which is the most recent. Statement, Also my husband has been throwing out our Electric/water bill so I don’t have those as well, while only have internet and cable bill I can print online - on my husband’s name as well, and I can print statement from my Credit card showing my husband as secondary user. I’m stressed out because I want to pit utilities statements( even it does not have my name but shows my Husbands name and our address). I weighed my docs and it is now just over 3lbs. I had been reading of what May filers had included and it has pretty much utility bills in both names. Something I don’t have... :( I plan to mail my packet on Monday. I am excited and at the same time I don’t want to even think I could possibly get RFE because I did not show enough evidence.

    Girl don’t worry to much.

I was feeling same way it’s normal those feelings but everything going to be ok!

You guys have a daughter.. tax return, driver license, affidavits, photos, some statements, some bills, some tickets.

I think is good evidence 👍

you can try call AT&T and request they can send to your home or some at&t stotes are now open you can try there.. maybe they can print out for you!

All bills you can request through phone (I think) just try your best.

Just check everything 1,2,3 times and put everything in God hands 🙏🏻

No, I believe it’s depend every case it’s different some people get more faster than others..

the only thing I read it’s they are taken the past fingerprints till September 1.

    because the centers are closed...

So don’t be surprise if on your case appears fingerprints are applied on your case 😀
