The SSO told me I should get my SSN in 3-4 weeks and that DHS might call me (I guess that's normal?). So that's good.
And today I sent my AOS through the mail!!
We couldn't get older tax transcripts because my husband was having trouble accessing the IRS website. We ordered it a couple times and have not received anything so we only sent 2019's. Hoping it will be fine 🤞
I printed my own off there website they have an online tool

Thank you! I'm going to be putting every from in a different envelope with its supporting documents. Did you put the I-994 with supporting documents in a separate envelope or with the I-485?
I put all my forms in same envelope and separated the forms with paper clips and marked pages with small sticky notes at bottom of page for each form so it was easy to look through

Barcodes would not print on aos forms my packet has been recieved do you think il get denied over a missing barcode ? I have the correct fee and everything is filled out and signed with a check for 1225

If that is the version currently available on USCIS website, then YES.
Why are you paying for EAD? Are you adjusting status or what process are you on?
Nevermind i didn't realize the ead had no fee what i meant is on uscis website they have 2 forms 10/2 and another but I thought the new form was tied to the new fees im doing aos

October 2nd fee hike is now on hold? I would tread carefully with this after seeing USCIS do a retroactive mandate for the I-944 requirement.
The same . This has nothing to do with the form
So i still use the new ead form 10/2/2020 just pay the old fees ?
-
So now there's an injuction on the fee increase so what form edition of the ead work authorization form do I send in now?

A question though. Did anyone else's approval say this
Departure port: Sydney
Destination country: AustraliaMy destination country isn't Australia obviously and above it it even says that I am leaving Australia too?
I haven't received mine yet is there an expiration date on it or do you have to use it the date you put to leave ?

Everyone here and who I have seen on FB have gotten approved literally a day or two before so I would expect that to hold for us. My flight is the 14th of July so I will let you know how I get on. I already booked my one way flight as I figured it would help my case AND United had a deal where if you booked before May 31st you could change it unlimited times in the year and I figured with the exemption that was a good option.
I was annoyed they made you write a return date in the exemption lolYea i know I was mad because this whole process we go through and now its her government slowing it down now not the US this time lol

Me too but I doubt I will hear back for another two weeks as they seem to approve it last minute
Hers she didn't put a flight number because she didn't want to spend money and them not exempt her. So she put the reason why she needs one and doesn't plan on returning. We put august 1st havent heard anything yet its been 3 weeks so last min is prob true

Thanks. Seems like the closer we get, the harder things get.
Exactly my thoughts.
My fiances in Australia and was issued a k1 visa may 29th just waiting on a flight exemption so I guess k1s are still good to go

Don't concern yourself. You Visa has an expiration date, go with it
The reason I ask is because allot of people say if your medical expires first you go by that ?
-
I was issued my visa in May . My medical appointment was in February and my interview was in March the expiration date on my visa itself is November. so is the date on my visa itself my expiration date or is it August because my medical appointment was in February?? I'm really confused.

Six months from the medical.
On the medical paper the doctor game you it should have a expiration on the top right of the page. My expiration was longer than 6 months I took it in Feb and the expiration says October

I also applied for a travel exemption nearly two weeks ago and haven't heard back. I think they approval quite close to the travel date.
All the best 😊
I put unknown as the flight because i didn't want to buy a ticket and not have a definite answer. Do you think they'll deny it because of that?
-
I have my us visa in hand I put i want to leave August 1st. I applied for a travel exempt and gave no flight because I didn't want to purchase a flight with no answer i still haven't heard anything and its been 3 weeks ?? The reason I put for leaving is im getting married on a k1 and do not plan on returning i plan on adjusting status and living in the us and I sent a photo of the visa as proof . Should I wait or resubmit? Also the visa expires in October is that enough time to resubmit it denied?
-
I just recieved my visa it says expires Nov 14. Is that how long I have to move to the US? Or does the medical affect it in any way ?
