I am so happy 😀 i got DQ email today and now just waiting for the interview. Also, I confirmed with NVC according to them our case is in line to be schedule, possibly next month. It will processed once consulate open for interviews. I could not believe the process has been extremely fast. Good luck 🍀 to everyone..

Another approval!  We were pretty worried because our case was transferred FROM Texas TO Vermont
Turns out, it wasn't the 1.5 year delay we were expecting.  If anyone else is in this boat, it worked out for us!

Transfer to Vermont: 23 Feb
Case Status Update: 23 Feb, 1 May, 11 May, 12 May
NOA-2: 12 May

We just got our NoA2! We got the noa1 on december 2nd

Hi guys! Monthly update time for April 2020!
 
For the entirety of April, 208 😱 VJ member petitions have been approved by the USCIS across all the centers (by timeline).
Approximately 10 cases a day (work day) by the organization as a whole.
Of those 208 petitions approved,  over 44 of them were at Potomac - more than 2 petitions a day.
The first petition of the month was approved on the 1st of April.
The latest NOA1 approved this month was April 6th of 2020 (likely due to some internal testing of the new electronic application systems, but this is speculation as USCIS has not made any formal announcements about the matter). The latest NOA1 approved without expedite or I-129f was September 4th. 
 
The current estimated range for application completion on the USCIS website is between 9 - 12 months from your PD. If you filed before May 16th, and you still have not received any notifications about your case, you should call USCIS and find out what is going on.
 
We are a small center (only 1,860 petitions recorded) but our daily rate of approvals has exploded! Yay! But, keep in mind, some filers do not have their timelines set up and so their data is not contributed to the pool, so it may be even more effective than my numbers show here. Please encourage any and all Potomac filers in the forums to go ahead and set them up so we can start to get more accurate readings on our timelines.

Congratulations to all of us who were approved this month! We hope things continue to go favorably for our fellow filers and that many more will receive good news over the next month! 

Don't forget! I have created a tool for public use that will allow Potomac Filers to get a visual aid for where Potomac  Center seems to be at in the approval process. I have shared it on FB and I will share it with you all as well. I made a very basic data tracker to help us. You just fill out the next row in the spreadsheet and it will place your case in a bubble chart. When you get an RFE or an approval, you simply change your status in the spreadsheet next to the chart and it will change the color of the bubble. I've also added the option for someone to note that they are a transfer from another center to Potomac. That way, everyone will be able to tell at a glance where Potomac Center is at in approvals. Check it out and let me know what you think! I am open to suggestions for improvements if it is within my limited coding capabilities. Everyone is encouraged to enter their information, even if you have already received your approval so we have a good idea of where everything is at. Hello guys! I'm shocked !!! My case was approved yesterday!
 
NOA1: Dec 27th 2019
NOA2: Apr 28th 2020
Nebraska Service Center (originally on NOA1) --> Transferred to Texas (that's the center on NOA2)
 
I went into our account in USCIS some time ago and noticed the date was "updated" on Apr 8th, didn't think much of it as I saw lots of people's cases get updated.
Today I saw the date was changed again and in "Documents" I saw the approval  
 
At first I saw the blue "Closed Case" which scared the heck out of me but all is good:
 

 
 
 
 
 
 

What we thought would be a late anniversary gift turned up early! CASE APPROVED in less than 4 months!
We haven't received the email from NVC yet, we got to know from checking the app (USCIS tracker) and the online account.

So I checked my case status this morning on USCIS website and I noticed the date changed to February 23. Has anyone experience this on their filling. 😀😀

Any December petition can expect to receive and approval or denial/request for evidence in may/June  anything sooner is the work of god
