Thanks for all of your help. Apparently it's only available when the flight is in US or Canadian airspace. The flight will show up on the map once the flight enters US or Canadian airspace.
I like the warning: Do not panic, there is nothing wrong with this flight. WHEW!
So, I am going to be leaving in about an hour anyway and make the 4 hour trip to Chicago to pick him up.
Everyone have a great weekend - I shall be on the bike trails with Phillip and showing him all of the fall colors.

wedding insurance is just like any other insurance - you pay for it and should (heaven forbid) anything bad happen on your big day then the insurance company will cover expenses/compensate you for it

What is wedding insurance? I have not heard of it before. And - I'm not having any luck with a flight tracker. None of them are giving me the information that I want.

Here's a flight tracker. Not sure how well it works but there are some others if this one doesn't work well. Just google search 'flight tracker'. Hope this helps and enjoy the visit!

Reminds me of one of the times I got stopped. I have a lead foot and cannot help it - it's inherited. So I was taking doughnuts (really) to my friends' job and when I got stopped, the cop asked what was in the bag? I said "Doughtnuts - Oh, do you want one?" He took one and let me go. Now THAT's funny!

We are going to have a very small wedding with just the sponsors and my parents. My two daughters will be flower girls. They are looking forward to being part of the ceremony. We are hoping for an April or May wedding. My friend has found an old stone church that I think Phil would appreciate.
Just looking forward to him being here - and hopefully soon!

I have now slipped to December 8th. Phil wants me to quit looking at it - it doesn't help my mood at all. I just eat more chocolate!
But, he is coming this weekend and is going back on Monday. I'm glad that this goodbye won't be as tearful as he is coming back on the 26th of October for a 10 day stay. Can't wait!
It makes the process go quicker when we plan visits. -

I am currently working on the I-134 as my fiance is coming for a weekend visit next weekend. I will send him back all of the forms that he needs. I already have statements from my employer and bank plus everything else he needs. I also send the example copies of the 156 and 156K, etc. that he will have to fill out. Doesn't hurt to do it while you're thinking about it. Same with the Police Certificate - I made him get his about two months ago.
So - I'm ready - are you USCIS?

No Worries - Keep up the good work!!!!! Don't worry about the diet, quitting smoking is the most important thing. Once you've kicked that, then you can take off any unnecessary pounds.

Hey guys...today has been hard...I'm really dizzy and anxious...a bit emotional as well although I've only cried twice, heh. Cheated on my diet with some cranberry juice (well, it has sugar in it) but I read somewhere that it's good when you quit.
I haven't felt well today, been REALLY dizzy and woozy...felt a bit like my eyes were blurred as well, but they started to feel like that from after my crying spells yesterday.
I've also had no energy, and I stayed home today....been sleeping all damn day long.

Some things to think about:
I've always believed that wisdom was one of the greatest
attributes anyone could possess. Where does wisdom come from and
how do you get it? Well, I think some people are born with it,
but for the rest of us, we become wise with experience. Often
the experience may be painful or harmful, but if you take away
some wisdom from each of your experiences, soon you'll make
decisions and take action based on Solomon-like wisdom.
There's another way to gain wisdom that doesn't involve learning
it "the hard way." You can study the wisdom of other people, who
have been through difficulties and triumphed (or at least
learned something in the process of their lives).
Therefore, I present to you the wisdom and sage advice from
famous and not-so-famous people, that you can apply to your own
life, to help you quit smoking:

Don't be afraid to quit. Don't worry about failure or weight
gain. Worry doesn't help you quit. It only makes you feel bad
and paralyzes your actions. Break through your fears and quit,
just for today.

is being forcibly reminded that knowledge is no substitute for

You can read a dozen articles and books about how to quit, but
to truly succeed you must turn your knowledge into action.

positive change.

We met when he came to my office for some additional technical training. He is a Technical Service Manager for his company and they are are a major distributor in the UK for the sound equipment that we manufacture here in the USA. I got to meet him because I am a Sales Adminstrator for our company and we had formal email conversations regarding sales, etc. Until we met anyway. We shook hands funny - we were in love at first sight. He was at my company for a week and the day he left, something made me turn around and outside of my office he was walking away from me and turned to look at me at the same time I looked at him. Very weird and we left it at that. That was on a Friday. On Monday, I received an email telling me of his trip back home and we haven't missed an email a day since. We're hooked on each other and cannot wait to finally be together for good!
One of the first comments - because I didn't know if he was even married or not and I had all but given up on men - was that he was my Knight in Shining Armour. His comment was that the armour was rusty and the horse was dead. Who knew that we would have come this far so quickly!

I live in a very rural area in a town of about 6,000 people. I live on one end of town and I work on the other and it takes me about 10 minutes to get there. I wish I could walk or ride bike but I have to pick up the mail and drop off two children to school and then pick them up after work at daycare. It's very easy to get to work here - even when I lived in the country 15 miles away, you can still make it to work in 15 to 20 minutes.
My fiance in the UK has a totally different schedule. It takes him nearly 1 1/2 hours to get to work. And the way they drive over there, or should I say, the way he drives over there - scares the ####### out of me. No way could I commute in the UK. I'll take my rural laid back life anytime.
There is also no public transportation here.
The quiet life is great!
