    Unless, your spouse is going through Mumbai, you are probably going to be ok with your current income.  What you are calling your "projected income" actually IS your current income.  Current income is the biggest factor in qualifying.  Calculate your current income by using the gross income figure from a pay stub representing a full pay period.  Multiply that number by the number of pay periods in a full 12 months.  That's your "current income".  For example, if paid every two weeks, then times 26, weekly 52, twice a month, 24.  Details matter.
     
    If it's Mumbai, get a joint sponsor that has qualifying income now AND for the last three years.
     
    You can use the EZ version of the form.
