Ok cause your other posts said she lives in China
That's a good catch.. I think it was an example. I'm trying to play out a scenario on how US is treating HK SAR, I didn't know at the time that Hong Kong is treated differently.

Also, this is list of Texas counties, if it helps:

Thanks @Lucky Cat!! I will check that out.
She's from Hong Kong, it's not part of the banned country. China is, but Hong Kong is a special region.

I'm in the similar situation, also live in Texas and have been calling counties.
My fiancee is scheduled to be here in first week of May, which will begin the 90 days.
Couple ideas:

Drive to Vegas. I plan to do this. I called today (the chapel) and they said the plan is to re-open in May 1. That may change though. But their website will have more updates.
- The chapel and county clerk are normally open from 8am to 12pm. Marriage is like Vegas business. There's no wait time between getting license and marriage (Texas has wait time). It may not be ideal for your case, but it will get the paperwork done.
- Chapel (at least the one I called) re-open depends on county clerk. They said they will open when the county clerk open.

Hi fellow netizens!
My fiancee is scheduled to be in the States the first week of May. Her fiancee visa expires in beginning of June.
I just found out today that most county clerk (in Texas) are closed due to COVID 19, which mean we can't get marriage license.
We will have 90 days after her entry, to get married.
I'm in need of suggestions / advises / input. I'd appreciate it!
Please also let me know if any of you have experienced this.
Thanks!

I agree Paul. I actually don't think fiancee would be considered as spouse / immediate family.
Hmm.. that's interesting you pointed out.. I have a different interpretation of the proclamation.. My understanding is that the 14 days apply to every travelers from China except US Citizens / LPR / immediate family (see Section 2 of the Proclamation). US Citizens / LPR / immediate family will not be quarantine as Section 2 stated that the proclamation is "not apply to".

Thank you all for the kind responses.
@geowrian Thanks, yes, I plan to call embassy to check with them.
She's from China.
From my understanding, the proclamation is only stating that US Govt will quarantine travelers from China for 14 days. It doesn't refuse the entry. Is that a correct statement?
Thanks

Hi,
Greetings fellow VJs!
Has anyone extended (or try to request extension) on theirs (or partner's) K-1 Visa?
I have a special situation that may need to extend my fiancee's K-1 Visa.
She lives in China and as of today, because of Coronavirus, there's level 4 (Do Not Travel) travel notice for China. Also, many flights to / from China have been cancelled and US government may take another measure to prevent the spread of the virus by blocking any flight from China.
She has her visa approved and ready to travel, but her visa is expiring soon (next month) and I'm afraid the situation may be getting worse there. She has done a check-up and clean from the virus.
Does anyone have advice on requesting K-1 visa extended?
Thanks!

Thanks @Ngoco. In Texas at least, they require the couple to show up in person, to be sworn in, before giving you the license. So, they may allow scheduling / filling up application online, but we have to go in person to get the license.
