Yeah right if you mess up it will be add another 1-2 months to the processing time. Files should be under 2MB. And have all the documents

Just make sure to upload everything as Perfect as possible. And take your time,
I have seen people rush in and scan items incorrectly or missing part of the page and so on.
make sure the file isn’t huge as well.

Now all the fees and documents are submitted online. They have a portal for that. We need case number from NVC and some bill number to login. After we upload all the documents, the document review can take up to 2 months. That's the only waiting game there.

Mine took 363 days to get approved. But there were almost 50-100 Feb 13 PDs and only 5-10 got approved so far. And, they are working more cases from 11, and 12 now.
I would say call once a week and keep asking the status.

Don't worry or get depressed. Hang in there. You all are gonna get the approval very soon. They have approved only 2 June cases. I am assuming those 2 cases might have sent 129K with their cases. If you sent 129, they might approve faster. Honestly, they haven't worked any of the June cases yet. Currently they are working 2-3 cases per day from Feb 12, 13 and 14 PDs. NSC's current processing time is March 10th based on Visa Journey's data, and their data is only valid based on the members' input. Also, when you check the timeline, you can still see that people from even December 2019 have't got approval from NSC. From what I know the only thing that is valid is the above bold words.
The date NSC received your case is the priority date for you.

I know. I’m getting anxious to hear anything. It’s so stressful! But I’m hoping we here something this week or at least by next Friday! Just hang in there. I’m very grateful for this community forum.

they are processing all the transfers but not in order tho.

We are around the corner and that’s the hardest part not knowing at all but we are almost the and won’t be another year at all.

Not 100% sure, but maybe 258 will go to one group of officers. I seen online that the department try to work on about 26000 case per a day, it seems like a lot but that what I read
online.
