I thought it was weird cause some people were saying IOE means you filed online, but I did not. But I did check my account online (the one they sent through mail to access the account online), and they have uploaded my application documents onto my account.

Me did not create an account on myuscis its ok not to create right? What i do is just checking it on case status bar.

Noa1 on the lower down it said texas service center. We filed through mail

How many days would uscis reply on requesting a online access code to be reset? And how would they reply through email or call?  Thanks for answering my question.
