Depends on your local office. Every office process cases different. From what I have read in other people posts, the next step after biometrics is either RFE or case ready to be scheduled for interview. Give it several weeks. Once the status changes to "case ready to be schedule for interview" you will know that NBC had transfered your case to your local office.
As is frequently noted in the main AOS forum, due to current protracted processing times at USCIS, it can take at least 30 days to get any kind of NOA from USCIS. If you call the National Customer (Dis)Service Line, they will likely tell you that you are still within the current processing time.
About all you can do is wait for the 30-business day mark and then if no action, attempt to contact USCIS. The entire immigration process is akin to watching paint dry.
