The petition will be returned to USCIS.  Best bet now is to fix whatever the issue was, get married, and apply for a CR-1.

The interview went well they kept her passport and requested a police report witch we send the same day. But about a month ago they called her and told her to sent the police report again but they never got it. I got emails saying that they received it but they didn’t 

We’ve been waiting on administrative processing for almost a year and all of the sudden I see this.

We’ve been on administrative processing since November 2019. And I was wondering is there a expiration length of time before we have start over.  

We have the same issue. I called the embassy last week and I got them to put out case in the priority list. So hopefully they’ll get working on it soon. But she needs to take the medical exam again because it’s been longer than 7 months

Does anyone know for sure if K1 visas are included or excluded on the recent travel ban?

best case scenario: they open after july 1st and will conduct emergency interviews and those that were expedited.  they will then give special clearance to go onto humanitarian flights.  international flights resume sept 1 but the visa is valid for six months so I don't see why the interview can't be done and dealt with.

 

worst case scenario: they wait until after sept 1. with a longer delay for those that haven't received expedited requests competing for a time slot, perhaps 3-4 months later.

What about for people that are waiting on Administrative process?

Does anybody know when the embassy in Colombia will open?

We had ours in October 2019 they asked for a police report, we sent it 4 days later and we still waiting for almost 7 months. 

Thanks. Is hard being patience but we have no choice and it hasn’t move to non immigrant. 

My fiancé had her interview December 13 2019 in Bogota. They kept her passport and Ask for police record when she lived in Chile 🇨🇱(221g)   She emailed them a day later and got an emailed that it was received November 15. It has updated a few times and last time was February 11 2020,  Does anyone  have an idea how much longer we got or what we can do? Or what can my lawyer do to get an answer?  

Our application said AP this morning and refused later on but last updated January 11. Hope it’s just a glitch
