I got message from NVC in my "dashboard" with "DS-260 Review Note" name, but when I'm clicking to see it doesn't show anything, it's empty. Also tried different browsers.
Anyone knows what it is? Why I can't see the message?
I have only completed DS-260, didn't submit other documents yet.
Hi, I am having the same problem , only submitted DS260 but got a review note... nothing was shown as well..

Hi Everyone, I have a qestion about filling the DS260. One of the question is asking for your social media account, so should I list all my active accounts or just the main ones I've been using?

I had the same question and I called NVC. They just told me I didn't need that part. I don't think it's a requirement anymore. Do they have your email address on file?
Thank you! I'm not sure, but I suppose they do. Both my husband and I receive notifications from them ...

Hi, I've received my NVC welcome letter on Apr 28th, somehow I don't see a DS261 form under my account.. only two payments : AOS and DS260. Should I just go ahead and pay these two ?

Congrats! This is encouraging news! Our PD is September 11. I have been seeing people in the Facebook group getting crazy fast approvals for some reason at Potomac. Someone filed an I-130 for their parent on April 6, 2020 and it was approved April 23, 2020. It doesn't make sense why some people who have been waiting 8+ months are getting jumped in line by people who jut filed one or two months ago.
Thank you! Yea I think I've read that one too, it's crazy that they can get the approval in 2 months...
I'm sure yours will be there very soon, my estimate date on Visa Journey is actually quite accurate.

Trump is about to announce the suspension of immigration to U.S. for 60 days, will this affect us ?
-
I've got an alert from USCIS it removed " it is. being processed at our e-filed processing center".. What does it mean??
-
August 27 2019: Sent I-130
August 29 2019: Delivered and receivedSeptember 03 2019: Received NOA1 assigned to Nebraska Service Center
Guess won't be any news until August …….😟

NSC is so slow....
-
I don't think IOE is necessarily faster...I received NOA1 on September 3rd and no more updates...
-
For NOA1 starts with IOE, does file I129F while I-130 is pending helps to expedite the case?

Supernovan, can you tell us what the process was like for you at the border? Like, what questions did they ask you? Did you have to provide any documents to prove intent to leave, etc.?
Well it was quite simple, the officer just asked about how long were we planning to stay and didn't ask for any prove. The whole process takes likes 2 mins

I was pretty confident about entering the US with a B1/B2 visa while in process of the I-130... but not so sure now after seeing so many people asking about this....

I haven't called them yet -- their website said that they'd only be able to provide the same information that is on the updates page, which is just "In Process." 😕
Yea just wait patiently, maybe they will surprise you.

Thank you! Oh ok. Did you get this B1/B2 visa prior to applying for I-130? And how long did it take to get your B1/B2 visa approved and in hand?
Yes I got it a couple years prior to applying the I-130.
I applied in Hong Kong, got it in a week ,

Thanks for ur reply. I’m the USC and my husband is the foreign beneficiary. He is currently in India. I stayed with him until September and then came back and applied for his I-130. After coming back, I found out I’m pregnant. Although I’m happy, I also feel stressed out bcuz he’s not here to go with me to all the appointments and more importantly, he won’t be here for my delivery. That’s why I was wondering if we could try to get him here on visiting visa for a month or so around my due date. However, I read that it’s difficult to get a visiting visa when you’re in the process for a spousal visa.
Congrats! well I remember seeing something on the official website about visiting the US while applying for spouse visa. There's a form for that I think. We're planning to go back to the US for Christmas and I will be traveling on my previous B1/B2 visa.

Hi guys. Is it highly unlikely to get a visiting visa to come to the U.S. while waiting for the I-130 to be approved?
It'd be better if youve already have one, but I don't see why not. As long as you are planning to come back.

Hi - yes then for your spouse. I saw the K3 process on your timeline so wasn't sure. I was considering filing the 129f it but its looking more and more like it won't do much. The only thing maybe is I could chase earlier if I had the 129f filed oas the timelines listed are shorter there i guess. As I'm already 3 months in I don't really think its worth it but I know nothing to lose there either really...
Could you build a case for "Severe financial loss to a company or person" by having to find a new place/job etc? What if you don't find a job?
I've heard ppl file I-129f after I130 to expedite the process. Basically they will deny your i129f and approve I130 soon after. But they said not sure it will work for IOE cases.

And even then, 3 months would be an extremely rare case unless it was expedited somehow.
You have timeline approximations on here from what people are filling out (which includes all sorts of stuff but is a pretty good idea) and then you have the official timelines from USCIC - https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
Any news for your case?

They shouldn't ask that because you are married and you filed the I-129f after the I-130 not before.
You are 3 months ahead of me.. Hope you get approved soon!
