  1. Hi Taureti Did you attend your second interview? What was the issue and did you resolve? Please update us, Thanks
  2. N400 mailed on october 16 and received date October 18th. I am still qualified to study for old naturalization test version 2008? Just want to make sure guys. Thanks
  3. In my understanding you applied for naturalization with a missing A- number? If yes then that exactly why they want you do again properly.
  4. Hi guys The citizenship questions are kind of multiple choices and you pick correct answer? Or how is it?. Thanks
  5. Like TBone just said tell him to stay home, he is not a lawyer. My vawa was approved and i went to the interview while i was still married and got approved in the interview. So you can relax and bring us the good new after your interview.
  6. Thank you Sandra, It clears to me now.
  7. Okay TBone Thanks for your advice also.
  8. Hi Sandra Thank you, i was expecting to get your response also to confirm. One lawyer told me the same about my residency is where i file my tax, so i have filed my tax in Florida. Without doubt this is where i will file my N-400. I am going back to Florida next month, Now do i have to wait 90 days in Florida before i file the N-400?
  9. Thank you Demise, I got my PR through vawa also. I was just worried about change of address i didn't do since i am in Texas. That was my biggest worried, it was about the change of address i didn't do since i am in Texas. Thanks
  10. Hi olduser, - In this case i can still submit change of address since i already spent 10 months in texas? then file for my N400 using Texas address? - 2nd if i go back to Florida meaning i have to wait 3 months before i file N400? Please give me your point of vue which one is better to avoid any trouble. Many thanks.
  11. Thank you for your response TboneTx Actually i have my fiance still living there, so my plan was not to permanently move to Texas, i was planning to go back to Florida, That's why i am confused about which adress to use. So if i go back to Florida then no need to submit change of address. I can submit my N400 with the Florida address right away?
  12. Hi old user, Thank you for your response. I have been at my friend's place(in texas) for 10 months now and i didn't update my New adress since i am still keeping my other apartment in Florida lease and rent receipts. So it better to cancel my lease apartment from Florida and submit address change from texas with new address and apply for N-400?
