  1. @Captain Ewok It seems the current protocol is a 2-yr extension letter, with some biometrics waived. The case numbers on the receipt notice and the biometrics letter are the same, and can be tracked in myUSCIS. Please review other recent 751 posts for other changes as biometrics is as far as we have gotten... best regards, Hawk Rider 1 & 2

  4. also interesting to note: same receipt number as NOA1 but wasn't reflected in case status when we checked myUSCIS
  5. and the answer is: biometrics appt! Canadian Hawk Rider will be printed on 6 Sep.
  6. no updates registered to the case number which arrived with NOA1. we're assuming today's letter has something to say about biometrics, and possibly another case number based on the slightly-outdated guide on VJ. @Ontarkie, who would update the guide?
  7. a notice from USCIS is arriving in today's mail... wonder what it will say. sign up for the informed delivery service (free) from USPS if you haven't already done so!

  11. yes with exceptions being multiple family members... but then it's day after the batch or group adjustment for the family
  12. @angie.v & @palp, according to the guide we can't track our cases until a biometrics case number is assigned. Although the guide also talks about 1yr extensions and obviously the period now is 2yrs... maybe an amin could update the guide?
  13. @Jonathan Sidwell, this thread is for Montreal/ Canada. Please check other places for discussion regarding Turkey.
