Hello everyone who is reading this ,
I have tried not to post much on this forum because with the frustration of filing in June 2019 finally getting word that my case was transferred last month , I really do not need the negativity that I’ve seen so many be subjected to. I also called USCIS today June 10, 2020 not only did the officer hang up in my face after I asked what date was my file assigned to a officer I still have no dates, rhyme, or reason as to why it seems our case is being shuffled within the bureaucracy. My lawyer hasn’t ever handled  immigration from Africa I’m just at a loss. It’s seems there are so many factors even after we get approved that will affect my husband being here . All I did was fall in love now it seems USCIS is our ultimate judge and jury. I know someone out there will relate if you don’t that’s ok to. If you are new to this forum don’t get discouraged. I wish I had a more positive aspect like others I read about but that’s simply not the case. It’s hard to explain to my husband that just because it’s America doesn’t mean it’s what you see on T.V. It’s not that easy for some of us. 🤪😩 Good luck to you all and God Bless
