    N-400 Filed: December 30th 2024 İ have İ-751 pending. Filed last year February. İ live in Brooklyn. İ haven’t heard anything from USCİS. İ wonder if there are some people in NYC have similar cases.

    I came here on K1 visa. And now i have pending I-751. still applies to me. I dont understand. It is not clear

    But when you go to online form, it asks; Have you been married for 3 years or longer? we have been married less than 3 years. it will be 3 years after march 2025. when i say NO, website says, you are not eligible to file n-400. But N-400 calculator says, you are eligible and earliest day is 12/28/2024

    We married 13/03/2021. We have been married less than 3 years. I got my green card: 03/28/22. I-751 is pending. Am i eligible to apply N-400? should i wait for 3 years marriage timeline finish? When i go to N-400 online filing, it ask; ‘Have you been married for 3 years or longer? -we have been married since 13/03/2024. i thought you can file n-400 90 days before the 3 years time period.
