What on Earth is "SPECIMEN?" Please tell me that is not on the actual passports. Though these days it wouldn't surprise me.

Received an update this morning:
This is only shown on the new site, the old site still shows Fingerprints Received.
Not sure if this is related, but I see the following on the USCIS workload transfer website here:
So may be nothing. Curious if other SRC people received the same.
i got the same message today.

utility bills with both names on it are important, DL's with same address

if they were ok when you applied for GC then i don't see why that would be an issue.

you don't need to provide any info about your f1 status for ROC.
only evidence since you got married and applying ROC.

Thanks for the reply. so far I tried both Adobe acrobat and Foxit. they both show the same issue. I still haven't found a solution.
print just those pages separate and fill by hand.

my husband and i were married and began the visa process while i was abroad on military orders
we had some issues with his green card being lost in the mail (huge, other ordeal involving so much money and time)
so, most recently, because his immigrant visa expired and he did not have a green card yet, when my military orders ended, we decided he would remain working abroad in the country we had been living until it got sorted. he couldnt enter the US anyway.
now he has received his green card and it is time to apply to lift conditions, but we are abroad until approx january 2021.
we still want to apply to lift conditions.
our 90 day window opens at the end of march.
how much trouble will we run into doing this from abroad? is it possible we won't get called for biometrics or to interview for quite some time? we have 2 children, so for that part i don't foresee any issues!
HELP!
if you cant file under military option, if you are not active duty anymore...they you will have to come to usa to do biometrics. attend interview if called and all that as usual.

We are completing I-751 for removal of conditions on residence for my husband. At our original status change interview 2 years ago we submitted Original court documents for completion of program for an arrest he had in 2017. Do we need to resubmit new documents from the court this time? Are they already in his file and we can just note in section 11 that they were submitted before he received his conditional card? Thanks for any advice!
resubmit the same docs.

if you apply online you have to upload them. don't send by mail.
