i tried check the status of my case online over uscis.gov website but it says cant find it, when i call using automated system they cant find it? when i called the number i seen in the receipt not yet in services,

USCIS don't accept any Po.O. BOX mailing address-they required physical address for all mailing informations

Yes, I think it is ok to fastened your documents to keep it together. And be sure to place a cover page on top of it though.

soon my GC is expired i didnt file yet because i am so confused i was abuse from husband i have police report picture, then i left in the house so i lived now with my daughter,he filed devorced for me? restraining order, takes time for me to get lawyer because of financial.The date of hearing is already set but he says to his lawyer we are just working out the marrieds, that hearing was cancelled, we had papers legaly sign both parties, he keep telling me he cancelled the devorce that he filed against me ? is their any way that he can cancelled devorce without knowing me? i ask my lawyer if i can continue my devorce right away she says i need to wait 60days to follow the family code of texas? They dont have legal separation in state of texas? does the uscis accept filing by myself i gonna put separated? does anyone know how to access online if it is really true that he cancelled the devorce he filed? if ever he cancelled the devorce, then i wanna file devorce for him it wont matter during removing conditional of residency process? i planned to used that he abused me but many says its need the hardship to prove the uscis. i dont know what to do? many says i can used that he abused me but when i received my decree i need to file again ? do i need to pay again? please help i need your advice please who had expirienced like this situition thanks jarl

You have posted about the same thing many times before, you need a lawyer, your case seems more about divorce than immigration at this point, VJ is probably not the best place to ask questions about divorce. But, maybe if you took more time to write better, someone might try to help. you. With such little effort in telling your own story, I'm thinking no one really knows where to begin.

Personally, I think you are in a world of trouble. Your writing suggests you likely can't get a good enough job to afford an attorney for either your divorce and your immigration case. If you can't make a reasonable effort to tell a good story here, I doubt you'll be able to handle USCIS on your own.

i have pending devorce, i didnt know when its done, honestly it bothered me alot especially we're fighting the child custody,he filed devorced for me, now i need to file for lefting my conditional residency G-card , he sign my papers form then i check entered good faith but marriage end devorce but i wrote in the right side pending devorce, then later after my devorce is final i gonna submitt devorce decree?

OR is this possible that i file jointly, does USCIS can access that i have pending devorce,

how my friends can wrote letter for me that says i my marrieds fell a part
