if u were working in government only 100percent poverty guidelines and theirs exemption for that, i think u are qualified.

try look at poverty guidelines who work in goverment.

They are asking for the divorce papers that you just received from the court. Are they asking for Original or just a photocopy?

it doesnt says. the RFE STATED submit proof of the legal termination of the mariages of you and husband name.

such proof would normally be a final(absolute)divorce decree.in order for the legal termination of marriage to be valid it must been registered with civil authority.

Doesn't matter, any envelope that fits the paperwork will be fine.

Just be sure to enclose the RFE notice they sent you, and mark the outside of the envelope that it is an RFE, what petition and any other info they instruct. Good luck at getting a fast answer!

what part of outside of envelop front or back or beside their address?

on sending RFE it is necessary on brown envelop?or it doesnt matter what type of envelop to used?

uscis many times but no luck at all to hold to operator and what is their best number to hold them. I used dis #1800-375-5283 but it is so frustrated i cannot ahold.

only automated voice system.

if someone knows the procedure to contact the uscis please share , and what are the best time to call them to asure, i can ahold to them.

does anyone here received their 10yrs gc? !!!! who filled last april 2009 @ VSC and finger print last May 2009. please let me know . i didnt heard anything of my packet ... after i did fingerprint
