I read a while ago that the ROC applications were pretty backed up, hopefully I can get the NOA before my GC expires! Can the NOA be used as an extension and if so for how long?

Hi there,
Yes, the 751 NOA serves as an extension of your residency for normally 18 months from the date of your Conditional GC expiration date 😊

Hi everyone,
I love that everyone here is so helpful towards each other
I'm freakin out and have a question (bear with me while I explain):
my hubby's conditional GC expires Jan 30, 2021 and we just filed for 751 (it was delivered today by usps using priority mail express and signed by someone).
I see that many users have not received their notice and it's taking almost 40 days to even cash their checks (due to precautions uscis is taking because of covid and all)....
my questions is: What happens if we dont receive the notice before Jan 30th? Will my husband be deported?
What would be our options in case we dont receive the notice before his conditional GC expires? I'm so worried right now, my BP has been high and my heart rate has increased...i haven't been able to sleep properly for the past few days

Just download the PDF with the 100 questions with answers and study them

You dont need to watch any movies for it.
They will ask 10 questions from the 100 questions listed on the PDF and you only have to get 6 right. If your first 6 answers are correct they wont ask further questions from the civic section.

Hello everyone,
I wanted to ask if anyone was able to get a b2 visa appointment in India, specifically Delhi.
Can we still apply for the visa and just keep checking the website frequently for available appointment or is it nearly impossible to get an appointment? If you were lucky and able to get the appointment, how far was the appointment from the date you booked?
Right now I'm seeing the following:
A wait time listed as "999 calendar days" indicates that the Consular Section is only providing that service to emergency cases. Please check the Embassy or Consulate website for further information.
