I need an expert advice please.
I have to travel out of USA next week for about a month, I want to file N400 online, which means I will leave the US after filing N400 online by 4 days.
I will for sure be back for the biometrics, my question here, will this be ok thing to do?
Thanks a million

You can research your departure/arrivals over the past five years on this website.

Congratulations!
I am also waiting on a divorce waiver, and kind of really worried......
Can you please share a list of evidence that you sent over?
Any RFE or interview?
How long was your marriage?
Was your divorce decree sent with original ROC package?
Were you interviewed for I-485?
Thank you!
You welcome!yes, marriage lasted almost 2 years, divorce decree was sent in the ROC package
No RFE, no interview but I submitted tons of papers/evidences/photos
I was interviewed for i485

Hello
I am a green card holder and due to my business I have to travel a lot outside the states
I am considering filing for N400, before that I want to make sure that I meet the minimum USA stay criteria
How can I know how many days I stayed inside USA before filing for N400? Are there any links or so?

I got my transfer notice today. I’m now in the NBC service center with WAC case. Does that mean I’ll start over with waiting? Has anyone gotten approved at NBC yet? I also already have a pending N400 already.
What is NBC service center? And what was the reason of the case transfer?

Congrats. My numbers are very similar. But I'm on a divorce waiver. Anyone with a waiver request been approved yet?

She can tell the USCIS what she wants but she will need proof otherwise she will just sounds like a bitter ex.
Sounds like you will be getting a divorce and therefore you should switch to a divorce waiver you can ROC by yourself.
USCIS will evaluate the situation, you will have to be ready with facts and evidences rather than anything else
Hire an experienced attorney too even at this stage, in case you don’t have any
If USCIS had the assurance that your marriage was legit and bonna fide, given that you didn’t abandon ur spouse, never used violence, and did not have other sexual affairs, then there will be no red lights from approving your case
It will not be a simple task, but you should be ready with all that, just in case
Goodluck
