After not having any updates since October 2nd which were my biometrics, I just got a notification of a RFE today :(. Its so weird because many RFE’s come like a month after biometrics but anyway I just hope Its an easy fix & they just lost something. Ill see what my attorney says too.

I am on the same boat. My biometrics were done on October 2nd,  and the current status is fingerprint review was completed (2 months now). It hasn’t changed to *case is ready to be scheduled* NO RFE’s. Very frustrating:/

I had my biometrics on Oct 2nd, review completed the same day. & no update yet:/. Hoping to see that *case is ready to be scheduled* sometime soon! Aghh! 

Is there any Sept filers from Portland Oregon? Has your case changed to ready to be scheduled? 

Have you guys heard about the new health insurance policy that is supposed to be taking effect next month for everyone that has interviews after Nov 3rd 2019? Where they will require us health insurance card?

I just created an account here https://myaccount.uscis.gov/ and then once I was in I clicked on the right hand corner where it says My account. Then you go to where it says Add a paper file case. Then after you add your cases, for my I-485 and I-765 it said that my fingerprint review was completed on Oct 2nd the same day as my biometrics apt. Not like My USCIS page and Case Tracker that hasn't give me those updates. Hope this helps ya'll.

Im having the same issue I did my biometrics on Oct 2nd (Portland, Or) and it hasn't been updated to fingerprint review was completed. It stayed at fingerprint fee was received. I see that some of ya'll changed after a day or two. 

How long did yours take to complete after the biometrics?

EDITED because I mixed up the status changes. 

I had my biometrics on October 2nd on Portland Or, but my case status still says Fingerprint fee was received it hasn't changed? Those who had their biometrics done has it changed?
