  1. if you were married in 2019 and still need to file tax returns ,  you can add her

    the only time you can get a ITIN is when you file to IRS

      Great, she currently doesnt work so i am not sure if MFJ would work because i am the only one working and sending money back home from time to time for up keep.

      Thanks for the response, i got married this year in February.  and then filled the I-130. so do i have to wait till im filling taxes next year, thats if she is not here by then? If not do i file next year as joint or filling separately

  3. I just received an email from USPS, of a letter i am receiving today and its coming over from USCIS, Im not sure if i am approved or not. the website still says the same exact thing ""CASE HAS BEEN RECEIVED"". 

     

    My heart is racing 1000 miles per hour lol im not sure if its good new or bad new lol, but i am hopeful. Fingers crossed. 

    I should have stayed home and not come to work lol.
