Hey guys, you won’t believe but they sent me 3d interview letter !!!!!!! What is going on ?:))) they want me to come for the interview on Friday in few weeks . Reason : additional information n-400. Denial is coming ?;) any ideas ?

Hi all,  it’s more then 120 days have passed. No answers from immigration. I can’t reach any officer by the phone ( automatic system only). The lawyer told me that I have to wait....

So I need to wait again for the decision

Finally, I went to the interview for the second time. I was called by the ticket which they gave me inside . Th supervisor came and we came to the office. He told me that all the question would be about my arrest and what was happening there that night. He told me that he is writing my statement and they they would see . He asked about ALL facts that was there that night and it took him for about 2 hours. And the end when we finished he told me that it is a possibility that my case would be denied because I was arrested in a 5 years “window” but I should not be upset cause I could apply for a new n-400 in 2 years BUT it’s not a final decision  let’s wait until they would compare all the facts BUT he thinks ( as he told me ) it would be denial )  he gave me a “decision can not be made yet” and wait up to 120 days :(((((((( P.S it doesn’t matter for them if I was Convicted OR Not - the probably case and my idea that night was to think of a commit a crime ( that what I was told ) .... I’ll wait for the final decision .:(

I’m so unlucky :((( 

Hello there , a small update. They sent me a date for the second interview . The reason they gave ( why they need the second time to see me is “ Additional information is needed to complete your Form N-400 application.“) . 
is it weird? Or it’s normal ? What do I have to expect ?  An interview in few weeks.

Hey guys . Have some weird update ! Just received a letter from USCIS.  And I was surprised - they wanted me to come to the SECOND interview ? Am I right , or they just LOST my case ? Have you ever seen such mails before ?

I’ll give a call to L2 officer tomorrow. I’ll find out what is going on .

Hello everyone , as you all know, it has been more then 120 days passed and today I received a New massage with New date of reviewing my interview. It’s saying more 4 mouths. 
 What do you think about it ? 

Ok, 121 days have passed , I called to USCIS office and the officer checked my status and he said that the case is still pending ( no decision yet) I told him about 120 days and he answered me that they have from 5.5 month to 20 month waiting time . He said just wait and that’s it . Is it a new law ? Or what should I do next ?

I will try to do so after 120 days but L2 officer how could he help me ? He can speed up my case ? Or he can look in to it ?

105 days have passed. Still nothing . After 120 what should I do ?:)

I called my lawyer, if we can  make an infopass appointment , but he said " dont push them it might look suspicions " lets wait 120 days. Don't worry, relax and wait (((( 

Still Nothing ..... 22 days Left! But what to do next after that time> ? What should i do? Call my Attorney > or what?

A small update - Instead of 3 Month of Estimated Time - now its  29 DAYS.

Immigration. I had a Criminal lawyer when DV had happened. So Criminal Lawyer was working with State Attorney and its funny but they were both trying to help me with NO Immigration matter( because DV is Deportable) and then he offered me this program which in my County (miami -Dade) doesnt count as a Conviction. (In different counties if you sign this program its automatically Conviction but not in my place) then i've called immigration lawyer and he gave me approval about this program. After that i applied for  citizenship (both they told me that  its fine- you are good to go with this)

I will. Still waiting for the answer. P.S I think it was a bad idea to apply for N400 with a Lawyer. He said that I shouldn’t worry because there is nothing to worry ( no conviction  . But I really appreciate that all people from this forum is helping me with advises as well.

As I explained to the IO, I was sleeping , it was 2 aM . My wife and her friend , decided to go out, when I woke up, I was disagree about that and I said that I don’t want her to go out with him .... I held her hand and then they left ... cops came / domestic violence ( but our daughter was sleeping next room ) ...

But by the LAW if a person is NOT convicted - there is no Immigration matter !
