Might be on to something here... as odd as it sounds, i couldn't upload anything using my desktop. ( i7-4770 w/windows 8 )
Switched to laptop ( i3-6100 w/windows 10) and everything went flawlessly. Even the random log off stopped.
I develop web applications and see these kind of bugs all the time - once I developed a file upload feature on MacOS and the windows users were not able to upload any files on it. CEAC web application is most likely developed and hosted on windows.

CEAC was TERRIBLE for us. I kept getting security error for some of my civil docs. In the end, I sent them to my husband/the petitioner and he was able to upload them for me with no issues.
In my experience - including web application development - it can be an issue related to operating system.

After long wait post approval - finally heard from USCIS today. According to them, case benefited from a pilot electronic process for the I-130 petition, and was processed faster than average for cases of this type. NVC still hasn't recieved the case.Is this normal?

I don't what happened with my case. Got an approval on 22nd of Feb, but NVC has still not recieved the case. This is so frustrating - it is like they keep putting up one hurdle after another. I've been calling them religiously everyday and all I get is that "we have not recieved the case from USCIS, it may take upto 6 weeks".

call nvc they will provide the information to you i did exactly that
I have been calling NVC every other day - they give me a generic answer, saying that they have not recieved the case from USCIS and it might take up to 6 weeks.

It has been over a month since the approval and nothing from the NVC. This is so annoying!

Congratulations.
Did your dates get changed before you got the approval? I have been seeing a lot of posts on VJ and Facebook groups where the date changed to 23/24 Feb a few days back and some people are linking it to the fact that only those are getting approvals for whom this date changed. So, its kind of freaking me out because mine didn't change and is showing 26th December, 2019.
Mine did change prior to approval

Did you have an IOE receipt number? As I noticed you filed at end of June and NOA1 was July so it was around the changeover time. But if you never received a written confirmation your file was transferred I’d be inclined to think it was still in Nebraska
Yes, I have an IOE receipt.

This appears to be a Potomac SC approval, not Nebraska. Profile shows a transfer in early February.
Could be, never really got the notice in mail. I was told this by a USCIS agent over the phone. Plus, the address at the bottom of NOA2 says Nebraska service center.

Hi all,
I heard from USCIS agent today, my case has been transferred from Nebraska to Potomac service center. I think that they have actually done it for many June filers. I hope this speeds up the process. Fingers crossed.
