Hope that was just a joke. She will be under oath and I am not a woman and dont want to say what to feel or not but in biology class we all learned that a mom will feel the baby's kicks only after 5-6 months of pregnancy. School was a long time ago so I might be wrong.
Beside that sure u can mention it, if u have pregnancy care documents/ultrasound u can add it as an evidence if you wish.
It should not be weighted more, but as others said might change the interviewers behaviour since we are all just humans.
Congrats!
I’m sure it was a joke but most women feel their baby before 5-6 months.

My fiancé came to the US twice on a two separate J-1 visas. He stayed in the US for 4.5 months the first time and 5 months the second time. Will he need to obtain a police certificate from the US for the interview?

Is your fiancé in DR? The embassy in Santo Domingo is notorious for denying visas when the petitioner isn’t present.

It does not hurt to include Child Support.
Thanks I’m just unsure on what evidence is needed to support it. A copy of my divorce decree?

Hi,
I am currently a family of 4, fiancé makes 5. Between my job salary and va disability I currently earn around $18,000 over the 100% requirement and around $11,000 over the 125% limit. These are obviously the easiest streams of income to show with evidence. I also receive child support from my ex husband. The child support would add another $10,000 to my income for the affidavit of support but I haven’t found an answer for what evidence is accepted for child support as income. Does anyone know what evidence is accepted for child support as income? Do I even need to include it or would I be fine with just including my job salary and va disability? I’ve seen sometimes they will ask for a co-sponsor if they petitioner is only a little over the limit but I haven’t seen what they consider to be a little over. Thanks!

Hi everyone! I sent my petition on 11/20, it was received on 11/21. My card was charged on 11/25 and I received a text on 11/26, no email. I’m still waiting on hard copy of NOA1

When answering the question regarding immediate relatives living in the US, I selected no but later realized that fiancés are considered immediate relatives on the form. Should I resubmit the form or will be fine?
