I checked my case status online and they said that they mailed today an appointment to get my fingerprints taken, but why up to now I haven't received my NOA yet and according to status update online, they mailed the NOA on the 10th

VMM, that's the email I received also and the same notice you will read if you enter your case status online, for now we are waiting for our NOA in the mail, it just depends how far you live from the USCIS center where you filed, but so far so good in that stage for now

My friend is a US Citizen now and filed petition to bring her kids here, if approved how many months is the visa valid? or how long can the her kids stay in the Philippines if the visa is issued?

that's sad to be in this kind of situation, I feel sorry because this is the type of woman you got, If I were you, gather some evidence for your future needs,recorded voice or any sort, guidance counseling your self if she doesn't like to go with you, and if you're ready get a lawyer, file for divorce and move on, Life is too short to be wasted, you deserve a better woman, she should respect you in above all things, looks like she doesn't because she can just throw things in front of you, bad!

Don't worry.. You are not alone on that. Here in he states. It is not about quality, but quanity. They will give you your check even before you take the first bite of your main entree. I just tell them to go away and leave me alone or they don't get tip, but even worse I won't pay for the food for the interruptions.

It is one thing coming by to fill up the drinks. It is another thing trying to kick us out the door and expect a good tip from it.

may kasama ako pala, Im always irritated when the waiter do that, instead of us enjoying the dinner first well in my case my hubby and son doesn't care but I always don't forget our own kaugalihan

kakaiba, I find it disrespectful sa restaurants na kunin agad ang plate mo even before some plate aren't still finish or even di pa kayo nagbabayad which people here find it disrespectful kung di agad kinuha ng waiter ang plate empty, I always get pissed and that's one thing which annoys me

I received my son's replacement today of his NOA, no date of the NOTICE DATE section, just priority date and received date which is both 09/02/11, but it says here, its the REPLACEMENT RECEIPT NOTICE OF I-751...anyways the most important thing is we have it already after calling them several times...

The officer I talked to says I need to wait until October 3rd if I didn't get any yet which is stupid because they said it takes 30 days for them to send out but I firmly believe its lost so I would just wait if I can receive the BIOMETRICS they sent on the 11th, but I would still demand to get the NOA and call them on October 3rd which is irritating to me because I've been through the whole process and they treat me like I don't know nothing :devil:

I'm just done calling USCIS and talked to a second officer and gave me my son's receipt number, and they said they sent out my NOA on the 2nd of September but until now I didn't receive any, they sent out my son's BIOMETRICS on the 11th but haven't receive any yet, I know for sure that the NOA is lost because the mail man drop it in a different mail box, but at least his case is showing online when I checked it...
