my experience with passport was smooth I did not pay the expedite fee I applied on the 01/07/2020 they received it on 01/10/2020 I did mention on the application that I had plans to travel on 01/31/2020 I called a week before and ask them about the status they said it would take 3 more week I also let them know I was traveling on the 31 they asked me if I wanted to expedited it I said no I'll wait then on the 31 at 12 I had the passport in had but if you are not in a rush just pay regular on passport you will get it in 3-4 weeks

I kno a person applied in October 2019 but living in Miami and got interview date for February ..that seems quick right?
Yes I know Miami it's a little faster but here in Dallas field office is taking 6 or seven months to schedule interview

I did not submit my tax documents when i applied. My interview is on feb 7th if i get my w2 before that i will file tax return. I am applying under 5 year residency and i did not work for one year for which i dont have tax paper i am little bit worried about it.
As long as you submit this year's tax return I think you will be ok I mean about last years tax I'm not sure what they ask but just take what you have and explain they will under stand they are real nice best experience

This might be repetitive question related to Passport. Most likely I'll be scheduled for Plano Oath ceremony.
Do they collect passport application at Plano Oath Ceremony or should I plan visiting local USPS?
Also, what documents needed for Passport?
Congrats to both of you guys getting over this step.......and about the question of passport they don't they do give you a folder with passport application and vote registration there is people outside taking your voting registration so be sure to fill it out and hand it to them....... congrats again!!!!!!

It surely was stated on the naturalization interview notice that you should bring your spouse’ birth certificate or proof of he/her citizenship. It was clearly stated there
Well on mine it was stated there to bring proof of her citizenship

So I just came out from my interview! I did not got aproved on the spot... he asked for my wife’s documents her passport her birth certificate To prove she’s a citizen ... 😕 idk why if we brought them for the firs interview for the residence I thought I won’t needed since she make the petition as a citizen from the beginning of the process.... anyway he made the civil test and the English test which was really really easy he made me read WHO CAN VOTE and write the answer... he asked me for supportive docs but I have a bunch... he told me he had to scan them and keep them... so I literally left all my docs wt him TAXES BILLS CAR REGISTRATIONS trust me a lot! He asked me to verify my info and if I wanted to change my name.... he told me he’s going to review the docs and if somethings missing uscis will contact me by mail IDK WHAT TO EXPECT. We r super positive but the wait always hurts....
Don't worry you will be ok you have everything on track nothing to worry about they will review your paper work and send your approval and oath always stay positive!!!!

I have a question for all of you that you had Interview.
Did the IO asked you about your trips and did somebody had multiple traveling like for work and ect?
I have twice a month travel to Canada over the weekends (2 days)
They do ask you like when was the last time you travel out the country but I mean on my part they didn't ask for what just dates
