Similar experience, except no one was rude to me. I had a couple “failed” fingers and was told the system is just weird. That they could tell from experience that the image captured would be enough so I shouldn’t worry. Don’t stress over it!

Has anyone tried doing a walk in recently? I remember it used to be pretty standard that you could go any time BEFORE what the letter says, but people started getting turned away for a period of time. How about now/recently???

A lot of SRC peeps are receiving biometrics appointments. I did!

August 2018, here.

Received a biométrica request despite them supposedly being waived in April.

I’m confused as per usual. Nothing new. Hopefully this means an approval soon?

There's a new acronym for people who filed directly to Texas after Sept 10 2018. Also, my understanding is that if they have a receipt that is not SRC they go by the timeline of whichever service center they were originally transferred from. So, EAC/WAC sent to SRC go by EAC/WAC processing times. That's the only explanation I can think of.

We might need to start checking receipts around ours

No movement in August as far as the internet can tell me. I've only seen activity in March through May filers. It's looking like a Nov-Jan approval time-frame for Aug SRC peeps.

Dearest SRC/Texas August transfers! I've seen some April/May filers with SRC confirmation #'s getting approvals last week.

I'm a late August 2018 filer, SRC18206xxxxx. It's been hard to find any info on Texas processing times so I'm hoping we can keep in touch here. :)

Has anyone heard anything else about SRC processing? It's been radio silence since May for us...
