HI, Same happened with me. What I have read and suggested by other visa applicants is that we can drop document at any of the VAC location. 

Hi, I went for my interview on 11th June 2021 for IR1 visa and they gave me a 221G letter stating my wife doesnt have domicile of USA. I got that because she is in India with me since feb 2019 and didnt went back to USA. In September 2020 she started working for an USA firm and they have offer her in office job in USA. We already got an apartment on lease for that city stating her and my name as tenants. Now, my question is , 221G form says I need to book an appointment again to VAC office to provide more document but what I read online is that we can drop documents on any VAC location. Did someone got a 221G recently and how did the approach to embassy with new proof.

I already had my biometric on 9th April and same day i got visa interviews cancelled coz of covid. Today I got an email to reschedule it and I already booked biometric again on 30th May. But how do you schedule consulate interview?

Hi, just received my document and it says complete Disclosure. I chose category Code ‘33’ – Immigration/Citizenship – for supply to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. Dont chose category 35 which is standard disclosure.

@HRQX thanks a lot mate. I just looked at the category and can see the difference how they issue certificate. option number 33 will show all offences. I guess thats the one i need.

Hi, 

I got my Police clearance certificate from National Police check Australia. NVC has rejected my document twice stating its not the required document. They are asking for complete disclosure document instead of what I have uploaded which is standard disclosure. I cant find any link to get complete disclosure clearance certificate. Any one has clue about it?

The status you enter with will be determined by when you enter the US on the immigrant visa.

So if you get a CR-1 visa but enter the US after the 2 year anniversary, you enter with IR-1 status and get a 10 year green card.

Thanks @geowrian for replying. Means even if i get an interview before November but enter USA after my second anniversary my GC will be for 10 years.

Hi, I got my i130 approved on 22nd January and already got my NVC letter. Now, I have to submit essential document and other obligation for interview I suppose. The NVC says its valid for upto 1 year. I got married on 27th November 2018, My question is its just few months for my second marriage anniversary, if my interview takes place after 2 year of marriage anniversary will I get 10 years GC or conditional 2 years GC. Also, things are getting delayed coz of Cornonavirus. 

 our I-130 was approved!!!   NVC here we come!!!

Hope so, My PD is 25th 2019. praying every day.

@Juliet57 it will resolve as I was having the same issue.  You can use DHS website to check case status or download USCIS app.
