    The embassy send us a email requesting to attend an NBI interview and send court records via 2go yesterday. 

    Is the court record needed be notarized or certified true copy?

    Did you submit court documents?... I think we are in the same boat now...  

    Or is there anybody here also requested by embassy to mail court records?... Pls..

    Once the embassy sends the letter of endorsement "notice letter" at about 10 working days, they send it via email to the beneficiary. Then you take that notice to NBI Manila. They are not speedy there so be prepared to make a second trip. Once you get interviewed at NBI ( be sure to bring any and all documents supporting your case.) If NBI is satisfied they will type up a letter of explanation that you will not see, nor can you carry it to USEM. The letter is prepared one week and picked up the NEXT week on Friday by USEM  courier. Expect the whole process to take an additional three weeks if you are lucky.

    My problem we have interviewed last September 9, since then we  never received any email from the embassy  about this endorsement letter. Is it the sign that they are the one who requested or send the letter of request to NBI?.. Worried much because 1 of our child will be turning 21 next month.

    No.. Because the last windows advice us to wait for their call if I need nbi appearance and further email instructions.

    Nbi written explanation. 

    How would I know if the usem had already requested our nbi written explanation? Please any idea here or experience like this?

    From the pre review, the lady told us that she already checked our documents  versus uploaded  on ceac and everything is already OK except for the NBI remarks.  At the CO he check it again and return to us including the passport. And gave us 221g form=upload UK police certificate and principal applicant need nbi written explanation. Look

    hi, we had also an interview last september 9, 2019 under F3 category.  But we are expedited because 1 child will be turning 21 years old this coming November 2019.

    As the results, we had given a 221g form white =Upload U.K. Police clearance and principal applicant also need NBI written explanation and send the passport via 2go. Then our documents were returned to us except for the medical records by the CO. At the last window told us to wait for their call and email instructions if the Principal Applicant will have an appearance to the NBI and further instruction via email. We had already uploaded the U.K. Police Certificate at CEAC,  now waiting for the instructions and call. Does anyone here have any idea for how long does it takes for them to call us? Any comments would meant a lot to us.

    Hi... We are experiencing the same boat under F3 category. We had an enterview last Sept 9, as the result 221g upload U.K. Police clearance and principal applicant also need Nbi written explanation.

    At the last counter for instruction said just wait for their call and emailed instructions. 

    Now I am a bit worried on how to get an Nbi written explanation. How did you get your nbi written explanation? And what did you do? Pls. and thank you.

    Hello everyone.. 

    Anyone here have any knowledge about the 221g processing? 

    Here's our story:

    Our family is under F3 visa. Our priority date is current. Our case is expidited since one of my child will be turning 21 this coming Nov. 2019.

    We had an interview last September 9, 2019 everything went smoothly. Our documents were returned to us except for medical results. As a result we had given 221g to upload the Acro police clearance and principal applicant also needs Nbi written explanation,  and please submit all the documents marked below and your passport at any 2go drop off branch with a copy of the letter and 2Go courier Submission letter and advise from the last window to wait for their further instruction via emails or call if nbi needs an appearance or not. 

     

    I have already uploaded the acro police certificate..and we are waiting for their call and emails... 

    Now my question is how long does it takes for them to update us?
