    We have interview soon for F3 All documents are uploaded in CEAC . we have all originals of our documents but we don’t have the sponsors documents as they are sensetive and can be downloaded from the portal. My question is do we have to show physical copy from documents uploaded by the joint sponsor and the petitioner, they include tax documents and affidavit of support

    Great news, last important advice about carrying original documents. our case is electronic and all sponsor documents are shared, should we carry sponsor’s documents with us, as you know his documents are sensitive to share it with us by email. on the other hand, all our original documents are with us

    Our interview is in next December, but she won’t be attending it. is there any way to file any petition or highlight her situation during the interview? I know F2b is also long waiting

    My dad filed F3 for me, it took 15 years till it is current, my older daughter aged out even after calculating her age using CSPA calculator. NVC reported that she is not eligible however the final decision will be made from consular at consulate. what can I do to include her in the immigration?

    Just double checking, do you have any idea if I can travel out USA before recieving the physical green card. say after a month or so as I should enter exams in my university

    So I should ask for activating my green card at the airport, and pay the fees. then I can travel outside USA after 3 weeks for example even before receiving my physical green card

    Dears Our priority date is current since last July, still waiting for an interview appintment. Usually how long it takes to schedule interviews for F3? months or years? Thanks
