  1. Recently I entered the states after recieving F3 visa ( me, spouse and son)

we all left USA as we still have obligations outside USA.

we all recieved our social security number

My son and my wife received their green card ( me not yet)

    my question ?
how long could we stay outside USA?
Our immigrant visa  stamped  (endorses) when we entered USA with the notation that it is acting as I551

  2. Will appreciating sharing forms &/or links to file a case for my daughter.

I am lawful permanent resident just entered the states and received my green card & SSN.

All the family is here except my daughter she is unmarried 26 years.

Me, spouse and a son are lawful permanent residents while I have another son born in USA and carried US passport.

How could I apply for my daughter and are there any chances to expedite her case?

    Thanks

We arrived on Jan.10 my kids recieved their ssn after a week though my husband and I am still waiting for our ssn, sometimes green card issued before ssn.You can visit your local ssn office to inquire the delay! And you can also track your green card status on uscis website on check case status by putting ur receipt number of green card fee!

Thanks a lot, that was of great help

Your I-551 serves as your proof of identity and proof of legal status until your physical greencard comes.  You should be able to take your passport with that I-551 into your local DMV (or DPS in my case) with proof of residency and apply for your driver's license.  Those state agencies can do what is called a SAVE verification which will check the USCIS database and verify your legal status.

The bank might be a bit trickier, but, depending on the bank, you should be able to get a bank account.  The reason there is hesitation is because the banks do have obligation to report to the IRS and to do so, they need your SSN.  Additionally, it's challenging to build your credit rating without a file to report to.  A local credit union can probably help you out until you get a SSN.  At that point, you might choose to stay with the credit union or open an account with one of the larger banks.

This information is quite helpful, thanks for the guidance and clarification.

    What does ACC FTJ mean?

FTJ means "follow to join." ACC means "accompanying". You simply will need to prove, when you arrive, that your relative has already entered the US. You can do that with a photocopy of the entry stamp and I-94 card, which you should carry with you when you arrive, if you arrive after and not with your relative.Jul 28, 2018

    What is I 94?

The principal beneficiary must be physically present in the US before or at the same time as the US entry of derivative beneficiaries.  So it's ok for your son (who is presumably a derivative beneficiary) to travel to the US with you or after you.  Just not before you.

    Clear, thanks

Do we have to mention that to any authority?
like the embassy or during entry of the Principal to USA?

or just our son could travel with his visa at the date he wish before 6 month of getting the visa
