The second page is not upload but on it it showed CERTIFICATE  OF DECREE NISI HAVING BECOME ABSOLUTE. I summited both and uscis said am not divorce from my home country.

Note:usics said A divorce  Nisi is not considered  to be evidence of a final divorce. Help what to do?

It just helps you obtain some benefits while you're waiting! So if you would like some of those benefits, by all means request it! USCIS will send it to you! I think it's sometimes an oversight on the part of the officers...who knows?

hey everyone how was is day going on?this is the beginning of another week everyone here we  will have glory to smile and praise him this week .I have one question that disturb my mind its every body must  get prmia faice before I 360 approved because I didn't see something like that and all timeline I read every body saying prima facie.i want to know with every body experience if my case is good side because 13months now

AT stillwinning,...….we applied at same month,you said that they we redirect it to right place but I received notice of action showed NBC receipt number.Also I took my notice of action they sent to me to my job but they don't took it from me the HR told me is not showed extention and c09 is not appear on the notice of action they sent to me but my expired ead  showed c09 now am  out job since last month

I filled for i360,i485 and i765 at same time since june 2018.after my wife withdrawal her petition filled for me after 3months vawa send me another work authorization card and they called me for fingerprinting,now is more than a year now my status is showing frigerprinting  reviewd is completed.and I applied for my ead renewal 5monthsago till now no extention letter and my categories for ead is c09 actually my lawyer made a mistake sent my ead renewal to NBC INSTEAD OF VAWA.pls my people i need advice what can I do on this sutiation
