Just follow the instructions for each form. We did about 4 pages of 6 or so color pictures per page with the date and any others in the picture identified. All from our wedding forward.
I see the pills in a pic above. Those are optional while preparing forms.

Each form gets processed separately. You can put in one envelope but each needs it's own check and 2 passport photos. Also apply for the I751 and I131 as there is no additional cost.
