Are you including the child in your I-751 petition? If yes, only one G-1145 is needed. Two G-1145 will likely confuse the USCIS. Half of the time those notifications don't even work.
Yes, I am including my child in the ROC petition.

We came to the US at the same time on a K1 and K2 visa. Got 2 years conditional residency and we are in the process of filing an ROC for me and my child.
Do we have to fill up two (2) G-1145 form for me and my child?
So we can get notified at the same time?
Or we only do 1 I-751 and G-1145 form?
Thanks VJ

For the fees, do we pay 2 biometric fees or just 1?
-
Good day, was wondering what is the process for Removal of Condition for K1 and K2 filing together?
Do we pay separate fees and do separate forms (but mailed together) just like when we applied for K1 and K2 visa?
My K2 is already 21 by the time we do the ROC application.

My question is in the event that I get my Interview schedule for my AOS, can I bring my K2 (no interview schedule yet) so she can get interviewed the same day as I am?
Thanks.

Got the NOA today for AOS, EAD and AP.
USCIS mailed both our NOAs at the same time eventhough i did not receive a text notification.

Each petition is separate.
Noa1 can take up to 30 days from when the shipment was received not sent.
You are eligible to contact the lockbox by email after 30 days.
(It hasn't been 30 days).
The thing is we filed our AOS (K1 AND k2) at the same time. Mailed it to USCIS in one envelope.
It's weird my K2 already received a notice but not me (Principal applicant)

July 20, 2022 - K2 received text message from USCIS that they received her application.I am the K1 but up to now I haven't recevied any text or email from USCIS regarding my application.
I sent our application at the same time (inside one envelope with separate K1 and K2 AOS folders. -
AOS question:We (K1 and K2) sent our AOS/EAD/AP application to USCIS last July 14, 2022.My K2 got a text notification 2 days ago that USCIS received her application and will send the notice thru mail.Up to now, I (K1) have not received any email or text from USCIS.Does anyone here have the same experience? Thanks.

Not a problem at all. If she wants to use the married name and have the GC in her married name then you must put in her married name or her AP/EAD and late the green card will be in her married name. It costs a bloody arm and a leg to change it later.
She is the US Citizen. I am the applicant for GC.
1 minute ago, K1visaHopeful said:You are providing your MC. As above, your MC is her legal name change document that proves she can use any name listed in any format on your MC as her new legal name moving forward even if that name does not appear on her proof of US CITIZENSHIP.
The MC is your legal name change document.
Oh i got it. Thanks alot. It's clear to me now.

Her married name is her current legal name.
Your MC is her legal name change document to validate her proof of US CITIZENSHIP in any other name.
I am wondering, will this be a problem if I put her married name in the box, because we just got married and all her IDs (passport, Drivers License, etc.) are still in her Maiden name.
-
Good day VJs, I have a question regarding "Information about your Current Marriage" in the Form I-485.
I am the beneficiary and was on a K1 visa, and I am now married to my USC Spouse. My question is in the Current Spouse's Legal Name tab, do I put my Wife's married name ( we just got married) or her maiden name?
Thank you.
-
Finally, we got our K1 Visa.

I wonder if this will affect the US Embassy Manila interview schedules.

Yes, I am joking. @Joe Kano and I always joke about stuff like this. I keep telling him that Sara will join in and win the Presidency but he doesn't believe me.
I have been joking with my wife for years now even before he was a Senator that he will run for the Presidency and call him her "Presidente". So we had quite a bit of a joke when he came out to run for President this weekIf this happens, the quarantine BS will never end. Hahaha
ROC (Child with US Citizen Spouse)
in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion

For the I-751 form (Part 5: Information about your children) do I have to include our child who is born here in the US?
I also have a child from previous marriage that immigrated here with me.
I am not sure if I need to include my child who is a US Citizen on the ROC form.
Thanks
