    I had a couple of questions about this form

    #32 Do you intend to work in the US? Eventually my fiance plans to go to college and work. Should she just put "No" for now I answered "Yes, after I get my work authorization; employer unknown"

    #33 Do you intend to study in the US? My fiance plans to go to college about 6 months after arriving? Should she put No here or something else? I answered "No" because I don't have plans to pursue any studies in the US

    Shipment Returned for Re-Attempt! Visa Delivery

    Ok, so i was interviewed dec. 23 and i'm waiting for my visa to deliver. I received a text yesterday informing that visa is out for delivery. I didn't receive any yesterday. Then, today i received again a text that visa is out for delivery and another text telling that visa will be re-delivered tomorrow.. WHAT??? So i called Delbros and asked about it but i didn't get a clear answer *sigh*. So i tracked my case number on delbros website and here's what i got:

    2009-01-07 06:45:08 SHIPMENT OUT FOR DELIVERY

    2009-01-07 06:33:15 SHIPMENT RETURNED FOR RE-ATTEMPT

    2009-01-06 06:34:14 SHIPMENT OUT FOR DELIVERY

    2008-12-30 17:00:29 SHIPMENT RECEIVED AT DISTRIBUTION CENTER

    2008-12-30 10:57:04 SHIPMENT RELEASED BY THE EMBASSY

    2008-12-23 14:35:19 SHIPMENT IN PROCESS AT THE EMBASSY

    So i wonder why it says that shipment returned for Re-Attempt??? Anyone with the same experience? What can you say about this? By the way, I'm from Silang Cavite.

    Great news! Finally i got an email and text from delbros that my visa packet was unsuccessfully delivered yesterday due to FORCE MAJEURE. So it will be delivered on or before jan 08 (tomorrow). I'm glad a receive a quick response from delbros within the day. That's good!

    Just want to share,yesterday morning while i am talking to my love online my Mama yelling and said that someone is looking for me that makes me surprise because they never text/call me that they will deliver my visa.They just come over our house and deliver my KEY so that I can stay my with Sweetheart,for 12 weeks of waiting is over.

    To all friends and VJ member thank you so much for sharing your thoughts that can make me strong and stay positive without this site I dont know what will I do...

    To my friends...Cloe,Maria and Lovie thank you so much for always being there for me..Sis Cloe is week might be your happiest week...I wish to that..thank you so much.

    Sis :D when you called me during the holidays, yaaayyyy I knew you will tell me you will be leaving soon yaaayyy! And I was right... You got your visa and I am so happy, at last your sufferings are over now... I really feel sad whenever I hear you on the phone feeling so depressed because of the waiting, but see, the fruit of it is sweeter than any sugar here on earth hehehe... GOD IS SO GOOD!     For the interview, do i need a valid ID to be shown to the Guards or anyone in there so i can enter the USEM?

    I was asked to present a valid ID along with my appointment letter.I presented my SSS ID and it was enough.Just bring along with you any of your government issued IDs or student/company ID. Good luck!!! :thumbs:

    Visa Spelling Error

    Hi VJ People,

    Hey, can you guys help us out? My fiance got her visa in the mail today, "Glory to GOD!" and she noticed that they had inverted two letters in my name, not hers. She also read on the visa where it said,"If the personal data is wrong you need to go back to the embassy for corrections" To do this would be a huge inconvenience on us. I just can't imagine them rejecting her at the POE over something as trivial as this. The delivery man and myself think that they would be mainly concerned with her info and not mine. Is there anyone out there who can shed some light on this for us? You have always been there for us VJ.

    There was also an error of one letter in my husband's address under the Annotation.I went back to the US Embassy and reported the error.I was told that since it's just in Annotation then it is just a minor error.They didn't correct it and was told that what is important is the information about me is correct.They told me that the Immigration Officer at my POE will be able to verify it in their system and in the information contained in the brown packet.It was not an issue at my POE.
