If you have the "digital document" with your visa those are taking much longer to process for the green card (not sure why).

 

You have the I-551 stamp in your passport so you are good to go for a year.

Everything was electronic I only showed my passport in my port of entry. Thank you for the response 🙏🏻

We are inside the processing time when we got our NOA2. It delayed us only when we uploaded our docs in a wrong position and it took a month to review it again.

Good day, I just want to ask because me and my husband are already in NVC Stage, Now we have completed civil documents and Affidavit of Support and supporting documents.

We have his Federal Tax Returns 2016-2018 and w2&taxstatement. Do we need his tax transcripts? We already ordered tax transcripts in IRS but until now we haven't receive anything yet. We are under CR1 Visa.
