I had my child overseas before I became US citizen.
Does it give my child automatic citizenship?
My child Is less than 2 yrs and I will like to bring my child to live with me.
Any idea if my child will have to get US passport in the foreign country or do I have to file.

Just filed N400. Got a receipt notice with IOE.......
Checked status online and it says " case is beign actively reviewed. Our record shows mithing is outstanding , we will let u know if we need anything"
Has anyone got this kind of status? I filed based on 5years . No notice for biometrics . Could it be they are RE-USING my AOS biometrics?

I am and 10 yrs green card holder. Divorced 3 yrs ago. Have a gf/fiance who's pregnant for me in another country. Planning to file for Naturalization next year's Aug. My baby will be due by Nov 2022. Can I bring my fiance and my baby before filling for Naturalization? Or do I wait until I get approved of my naturalization? I just don't Wana be far from my child. How long is the process for a green card holder to bring his child and I know I can't file for my fiance until we get married legally.
Thanks in advance

There is still a good chance that it may be waived. Plenty of filings with divorce waivers get approved without an interview.
Thanks
mine is going to 13 months plus since they received my form. Just hoping they can approve or call for an interview ASAP as I keep checking online since May 23rd they said ready to be scheduled. Thanks I really appreciate your quick response. This journey is disturbing can’t even sleep lol.

@tennisTran, does your status state "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"? That does not mean they have scheduled it. Once they schedule it, your status will change to "Interview was scheduled". Then, after that, you will get an interview letter.
I am in the same ready to be scheduled for interview. I have LINxxxxxxx and did go for AOS interview. I am dnt wife got divorce two yrs after and I filed waiver. Now my question is : Can this interview be waived even though it says ready to be scheduled for interview since we had aos interview

Anyone here with divorce waiver received case ready to be scheduled for interview and was approved? 5 days after I received a notice saying my case has been transferred to another uscis, I checked my status online and it says ready to be scheduled for interview. Just want to know if the interview can be waived and get approval without going for interview. Anyone with such experience?

I filed I-751 to remove condition based on K1 with a divorce decree in May 2020. My receipt Num starts with LIN.........
I and my spouse had interview on I-485 and was approved and we got divorced 2yrs later.
I got RFE based on bonafide relationship. I submitted the RFE and my spouse wrote and affidavit describing our togetherness and things didn’t work out they way we planned.
today I got a mail saying my case was transferred to another uscis office and that office has jurisdiction over my case.1. Is this a gud sign?
2. Will I have to go for interview ?
3 Is the office the local uscis in my county?
4 how long before I am approved or be called for interview ?
i will appreciate any experienced answers.

I have know my wife for 10years outside usa. She comes to visit me often. We later decided to be together as couple. She filed for K1 and i was approved and entered to the usa. We started having some issues 6weeks after i came about ex who showed up drunk late in the night. To cut it short we settled within couple days. We got married and filed for AOS. I was approved of conditonal gc after 10months. After 2months we filed same issue occured and i got pissed and wanted to leave for ma country but she apologised. She had a son whos 22. My wife told me about her son been into drugs and needed me to help so he can turn out to be clean. I agreed with all pleasure. He moved in with us with his gf and child. I started a little counseling and going out doing things with him and going to church on Sundays. Couple months i suggested to him dat i use to smoke but i stopped by reducing the quantity and numbers i smoke per day to zero day zero week and so on. Instead he told me marijuana has no nagetive effects on him and the gf. He doesn't work the gf doesnt either. To cut it short i tried for over a year and Nothin changed rather it was affecting me emotionally bcos he is abusive and also affecting my marriage. Problems came into our mariage to an extent if my wife asking locked me out several times and asked me to leave her her. My marriage is over 2yrs but my conditional gc is gona expire by sept 2020. Can i file for divorce and file to removed the condition on my gc and get approved? I am confused. Anyone has idea?

Thanks u all.
So I can file for removal of conditional gc with the dissolution certificate?
-
Hi everyone.
Pls i want to know if dissolution of marriage is the same as divorce when presented to uscis. My marriage is over 2 years and my partner who is a US citizen wants a dissolution of marriage because we didnt have any kids. Dissolution is faster but my question is ; does uscis recognise it.
Thanks
Chris

Yes I wish to bring both to the United States. I reported my child's birth on my naturalization application and also on my interview day with USCIS officer who put my daughter's info on their system
