  1. My Fiance is from Ukraine, and I'm a USA citizen. Our NOA2 got approved and we filed for DS160 for her and her 2 dependent kids. My question is:

    1) The visa fees of 265$ is it per person (my fiance, and each of her 2 kids, making it 3*265).?

    2) How do we pay the visa fees? I don't see online link for Ukraine for visa fee payment?

    3) How do we schedule interview date and medical date?

    Any help appreciated

    Thanks

    Raj

  2. Thanks so much for all your replies and supporting words..Yes when biopsy was on the radar, I froze those swimmers already a total of 5 vails of them so it should be good ..I have also emailed my attorney who filed for us for the fiance visa on whether she can help file for expedite of the visa on medical grounds. Greenbaum,  wish u good luck with your situation. Hopefully all goes well for u ,

  3. I'm a USA citizen who filed for my Ukranian fiance on May 8th and got an NOA1 on May 13th of 2019. I was aksed to undergo prostate biopsy last week  and it turned out positive for prostate cancer...Doctor just called me today with the shocking news. And I'm supposed to meet him on wednesday for treatment options.

Given that I will need to go thru a cancer treatment , and would want to have support of my fiance here emotionally as well as would want to start a family before my fertility goes down with cancer treatment(i'm already 47) , should I try to request an expedite? What are the chances ? Or is it better to let it go the normal flow?
