Page 3 - You can enter N/A for the asset information questions ... unless your income is inadequate to meet the I-864P poverty guidelines and you are using assets to meet requirements.

Page 4 - You can put N/A in 26a as your fiancee is listed in Part 2 above    (this is not asking about PREVIOUS petitions)

Next is NVC here is info for acquiring the MNL#, you will want to email NVC requesting the case file number:     https://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/nvc.html

Here is a link for the visa process:     https://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/us-embassy-usem.html

So for asset information i only need to put my annual income and balance of my saving and checkings account right?

What about the real estate information

as my question above, does the credit cards and car loan included?

okay just want to make sure i don’t need to put my former fiance because the question is if i have submitted visa petition on behalf of the following person. Just want to clarify things.

    Thanks!

  2. Hello,

I have some questions on I-134.

    Page 3 Part 3 8.b

"I have mortgages or other debts amounting to" - does this include credit cards and car loans?

    Page 4 Part 3

"I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following perosns." - do i need to include my former fiance here even though our petition was cancelled/revoked? I also don't have the filing date because i don't remember it anymore.

i just got my NOA2 today from mail, so i am preparing the docs.

    Thanks for the help.

  3. How long does it take before USCIS approves your petition after RFE?

got my RFE on Sept  6, sent it back on the 7th and they got it on the 9th.

When i check my estimate time here in VJ it shows Sept 27 to Oct 1st.

If you get an RFE at least you will know when they start to work on your petition.  Usually after your submit the requested documents the approval doesn't take long.

I hope so, the estimated date that this site gave me is sept 13 if i don't get an RFE. If i get one i hope it will stay the same month to approve our papers.

You didn't even put the year?  Odds are you will get an RFE as a waiver is required if you file a 2nd time within two years, without a date they don't know that it has been over two years.  IMHO

I was thinking if i should put atleast the year but then i thought about they won't accept it. I hope i don't get an RFE. It will take more time for them to approve the papers.

  6. Hello,

I am getting curious if i am going to get an RFE, i recently applied for fiance visa with my new girlfriend. back 2016 i filed it with my ex girlfriend. my problem is when i filed my papers for my new girl. i did not put any date if i recently filed fiance visa because i forgot the date.

I included my tax transcripts and for embassy phase, no tax transcripts were requested. Even though my then fiancée brought them.

I considered that win even though I spent a half hour burning the unneeded papers over a Burmese cooking pot.

I see, i read a lot of threads and most of them they only need the tax returns and bank statements on your interview.
