Ours was way back 2019 and what our lawyer did was i-601a waiver first. When it was approved, that's when we did the petition but annoying part was that covid has already started when we got the waiver. Notice Date: 04/05/2019 Service Center: NSC Fingerprint: 04/26/2019 RFE: 11/14/2019 Case Approved: 02/19/2020 He is going to be finally interviewed on June 6, 2022. I hope everything goes smoothly. I also petitioned my mother and she was interviewed March 7 and mentioned that petitioners aren't allowed in the embassy because of the covid restrictions so I didn't bother to plan and go with him because of our two kids that's here with us.

Hi, were you able to get your waiver? My husband will be interviewed in Manila in June and we have this waiver too. It's kinda nerve-wracking to let him go home.

Did anyone have a hard time rescheduling an appointment in US Embassy in Manila? I tried calling and they said I can only schedule online on US Travel Docs website. I've been checking daily for more than 2 months now and I couldn't get a new appointment. My mother was supposed to have an interview on Nov 17 (we recieved the notice on october 20, she did medical on october 26) and then the medical results is released on dec 29 so she wasn't able to do the November 17 appointment. I am a bit frustrated now. I tried emailing and calling but they're not helpful at all.

I filed May 12, 2019 and the last additional documents they requested was submitted June 2020. When was did you filed yours? I hope you get an email too soon!

US Embassy in Manila, Philippines has started interviews! Thank goodness now I only have to wait when my mom's interview will be. I hope it's soon. She's so ready to pack her bags and fly 🤷🏻‍♀️
