  1. Congratulations after three long years! This pandemic was such a hassle for all of us!
  2. So he was approved today and they didn't gave him a hard time. The questions they only asked were: Name of petitioner? How and when did you guys meet? When and where did you got married? How many kids? When and why did you overstay? They took a while to check the i-601a waiver if it's real. Once they saw it's real, that's when they said "Congratulations, you're approved." I took the earliest appointment time (06:30am) and he was able to finish at 08:30am.
  3. Hello, He just had his medical at st lukes on June 2-3 and his interview will be on June 6 so I can give an update on Monday on what will happen. I'm very nervous but our lawyer said to calm down 😅 He had C1/D Visa and jumpshipped. He is unable to adjust status because of the visa restrictions on it.
  4. Ours was way back 2019 and what our lawyer did was i-601a waiver first. When it was approved, that's when we did the petition but annoying part was that covid has already started when we got the waiver. Notice Date: 04/05/2019 Service Center: NSC Fingerprint: 04/26/2019 RFE: 11/14/2019 Case Approved: 02/19/2020 He is going to be finally interviewed on June 6, 2022. I hope everything goes smoothly. I also petitioned my mother and she was interviewed March 7 and mentioned that petitioners aren't allowed in the embassy because of the covid restrictions so I didn't bother to plan and go with him because of our two kids that's here with us.
  5. Hi, were you able to get your waiver? My husband will be interviewed in Manila in June and we have this waiver too. It's kinda nerve-wracking to let him go home.
