She followed the advise you provided. Important that you change web-browser and free all cookies. Having the right size picture is also important. All the other things she did I am not aware of. Sufficient to say that the system
will work if you take the time to study/research why you are having a problem.

An unbelievable 287 pages. I left nothing to chance and included several pages concerning my income, letter of introduction, names and other misc stuff. A lot of documentation of the visit and just about any thing I thought that would prove we have a meaningful relationship. Over kill, I am sure it was.

The contents of your 129-F looks great, all that visitation. I don't think the stuff about your father is that important, my concern with be with the issues concerning the name. I had a problem with the name issue because my Beneficiary's Passport was issued in her late husbands name and it appeared that the visa would be issued in her family name so I called USCIS and after a long wait to talk to someone they were most helpful and told me that the visa would be issued under the family name. So now I know to get all travel documents, tickets, passports and all that stuff under the name on the visa. That name is important.

I used a two sided tape for my pictures and then placed each sheet in document protectors. I wrote a caption and had my GF sign and I signed off to the side of each picture. We had a total of 58 pictures in my 129F.
We were concerned about stuff getting lost. The pictures told a story from my arrival, time with family and all the great adventures together right up to departure. Each picture were clear, clean and concise.

I'm in the same boat with you. There is no positive answer because of the uncertainty of Visa issue. I am going to call EVA Airlines and discuss my situation with them. They are a pretty good airlines and may be able to help.
How to choose session CFO?
in Philippines
Posted
Our interview is January 7 2020 and we allowed for a week to schedule the CFO. She has coordinated with the Manila office to see what must be done in the event her passport has not been returned from Embassy.
Traffic and slow mail in the Philippines really makes coordinating the return trip to America together a difficult task. Best of luck to you, almost done with this difficult process.
