    Got hubby's interview scheduled for 9/11! It's not a combo interview, but we did get that courtesy letter from uscis asking for us to submit evidence of continued marriage for our I-751. We will be submitting that evidence this weekend. Hopefully that will maybe waive the I-751 interview.

    Yep. planning too. I hope this is maybe just them asking for that info so they can waive the I-751 interview.

    We just got a letter from USCIS titled "Courtesy Notice of Marital Bona Fides" and it's basically asking to submit evidence that we are still in a continued marital union for his I-751. Its asking for us to mail in. tax transcripts lease/mortgage bills with both our names letters from our employers joint accounts but we already submitted that in is I-751 application last year. We filled out an N-400 application earlier this year with all that updated info, why would they need it again. Should I try to contact USCIS? Im guessing that agent doesn't have our N-400 info.

    Husband Filed Feb 24th under 3 year rule. Still waiting as well.

    Still waiting here! Hubby filed for his N-400 on 2/24. We got his NOA and biometrics reused noticed, but radio silence since. Filed under 3 years rule with a pending 751.

    Still no movement on hubby's application. I went ahead an uploaded a letter from him requesting a combo I-751/N-400 interview. Hopefully maybe that will get something moving.

    Question: We are filing under the 3 year rule / 90days early. We haven't gotten his ROC approved yet. Should I attach an additional letter to our online application requesting a combo ROC/N400 interview?
