Finally got my interview scheduled for both I-751 and N-400. I feel like my timeline is quite good for San Francisco office, I was prepared to wait for longer.
What date is your interview

Please what is the timeline from filing N400 to interview in Tucson Arizona?

Please go with all the civil and financial documents... They are not too heavy to carry. Anything they ask, you give to them.

Please can someone tell me what is really happening with F2A category. The August visa bulletin is not good for F2A..Many of us have been waiting since 2019. Now they have retrogressed to 2017. What can I do in this case?

You should get IL in 3 to 4 months time.
-
No issue at all if the receiving embassy is not having backlogs.

If already DQ, I would upload the new passport after you get the interview notice.
Exactly, best is for him to wait until he gets his interview.

***** outside link removed. We do not allow links to Whatsapp, telegram, fb etc groups because we cannot monitor them or vouch for the information in them. We also had cases where people were scammed in such groups. I am not saying the removed group is bad, but that is why we have a policy of not allowing any links. ******
Okay. Sorry about that.

Hello.
If I visit, lets say country A for 2 months and go back to my country for 1 month and return to country A for another 3 months n return to my country for 1 month and go again to country A for another 2 months. Notice I didn’t stay 6months stretch. Do I need a police certificate for that?

I got this message from NVC this morning.
Dear Sir/Madam,
This notice is to inform you that your case for an immigrant visa is documentarily complete at the National Visa Center (NVC) and has been for at least 60 days. NVC has received all of the fees, forms and documents required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview. Your petition is awaiting an interview appointment. At this time, no further action is required. We appreciate your patience.
Your case will remain at NVC until an appointment is scheduled, at which time we will send it to the appropriate U.S. Embassy or Consulate General. We will notify the applicant, petitioner, and attorney (if applicable) when an appointment is scheduled.
The U.S. Embassy or Consulate tells NVC which dates they are holding interviews. NVC fills these appointments on a first-in, first-out basis and is unable to predict when an interview will be scheduled.
Visa interviews at many U.S. Embassies and Consulates have been delayed as a result of the global COVID-19 outbreak. For the most up-to-date information about the U.S. Embassy or Consulate's operating status, please visit their website at https://www.usembassy.gov.
The next communication you receive from NVC will be either a notice that your appointment is scheduled, or if an appointment is not scheduled within the next 120 days, we will send a notice confirming that your case is still in line for an interview.
Important: The applicant should not make any permanent financial commitments until they have received their immigrant visa. This includes activities such as:
- Selling a house, car or property,
- Resigning from a job, or;
- Making other travel arrangements.
Thank you for your continued patience.
Regards,
National Visa Center
U.S. Department of State

If all accepted, you should get an email with your immigrant visa case becoming *Documentarily qualified*

It took just 4 weeks for my resubmitted document to be accepted by NVC.

By the definition of CR1 which is: A CR1 visa is an immigrant visa issued to an alien who is married to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and wishes to live in the U.S. with their spouse while the F2A visa is a US immigrant visa for spouses or minor children of Green Card holders.
In the executive order, Cr1 is exempted while F2a is not but both applicable to permanent resident. My question is how do you differentiate between F2a and Cr1?
