Hi. My parents just came back from their AOS biometrics and their I485 case status has been changed to attended interview. Please see below;

Right now we have received RFE for medicals which we will respond within 2 weeks. What does this status change means?

Hi friends. So i received my parents rejected I765 AND I131 forms. On the rejection notice it says fees has not been submitted with AOS package. I am confused i submitted them with I485. Isn't I765 and i131  included with I485 fees?

Yes for sure it needs to be disclosed

Update- My CC has been charged by Lockbox on tuesday. So hopefully I will get my parents AOS receipts by end of this week or early next week

It's a 6 month stay visa. I don't mind them taking time as long as it is a normal process. I hope there won't be an issue because i heard if they reject the forms, they mail it within a week after receiving them

Even USPS gives a printed receipt with tracking number 

It is delivered on Nov 23 to the PO box address Dallas lockbox office

Hello all. My parents came to US on tourist visa and I applied for their AOS package on Nov 20th. CC authorisation form was submitted for payment. It has been more than 3 weeks no update from USCIS and my CC has not been charged as well? Is this normal? I also emailed lockbox on Monday but no response as of today. What should I do?

PS: I am US citizen

Hello everyone. My parents are living with me in US. I have filed for their I130 online and received i797 for both of my parents. It has been a month they haven't received biometrics notification. Their visa has expired and i filed petition a month before their visa expiration. Any idea how long does it take to get biometrics notice from USCIS? Also, can i file for their i485 based on pending i130 as well or I should wait till their i130 approves?

You got your GC in error. You are not eligible for N400. You need to work on getting your green card again !

At the interview the officer said it would take “a few days” to approve the N-400 after I-751 is approved but now we are 3 weeks out. I know they have 120 days to make their decision but it seems weird that I’m still waiting for approval. Especially since the I-751 approval notice states that I will not receive a new green card because their records show that the N-400 has been approved. 
 

Is there anything I can do at this stage to move things along? Feels like the officer has just forgotten about us as she said nothing else was pending.

I think its usually through online portal If filed online. But mail option will work as well

Absolutely rubbish statement by your attorney. I am a male petitioner already got my citizenship through vawa. You got a good case submit RFE and get your vawa approval within 3 months 👍🏻😀
