    We got the letters today saying our biometrics are being reused!

    Got the text last night that they received our case.

    I included that and I also included a letter from my OBGYN stating I am currently pregnant with a scan. I know the second item doesn't hold much weight as it doesn't have my husbands name on it but I love to supply as much as I can!

    Same. We had the initial at the embassy in my home country and nothing since. We are K1 and K2. I think our AOS petition was solid. Now I am currently pregnant with our second child which I think is proof enough lol.

    I am hoping we don't have an interview either.. But our green card interview was waived and apparently they like to do at least one.

    Mine was received on Tuesday and I haven't heard anything yet.

    My husband sent our package tonight. So we just made it as a December filer.. even though it won't be received in December. I am still counting it lol. I am a bit stressed though. He is sick and I said let's just go tomorrow but nope he went and he told me they put our paperwork in a box. It is clipped and has a band but I don't know if it is stable enough for a box and I am stressed it is going to go everywhere and they won't accept it.

    I am sending mine out Wednesday. Super late but still making December. I just want to check two obvious things but I am a worrier. $765 for the fee correct?     Looks like I am gonna be one of the last to send. Oh well. We just need one more thing then to go over the packet and send it. Also, is there a ROC date calculator that actually works?

    Thanks! I always get so anxious about this stuff as I don't wanna be separated from my family. Also can't find my W2 but everything else is done.

    Ugh. When I set our utilities up when we purchased our home I listed both of our names but ALL of the bills have either my name OR my husbands name. Not both. I am so disappointed because this was going to help with our application and now I am stressed we are going to have some issues. I guess it is good some are under mine and some his same address so I can say we share the load but..

    Two questions: Did you all put N/A in every blank section? I know it was a HUGE thing when I applied for AOS that we had to or we would get rejected. Is this still a thing? Anyone else filing with a K2? Thanks!

    Not 100% sure it was waived. We did include A LOT in our application but also it was during COVID so could be that too.

    Good morning! Sorry if this has already been asked but I am quite an anxious person when it comes to important things such as this and thus I want to be sure that I understand correctly. For AOS my K2 had her own complete application that was filed with mine. However, am I correct in understanding that for ROC she does not need an application at all and is just listed in the correct section in my application? Thank you!

    I have not filed mine yet but I will be a December filer! Hoping to have it done by the middle of the month! I am so nervous as always and always worried I will forget things. Especially as I have a K2 as well. Plus, we didn't have an interview for AOS so will probably have one this time.
