Yes, I have all the documents uploaded. At the end, they ask for official document regarding religion, school or census record. I have included the part I am taking about below.

I have a question about the "Official Statement" part when applying for parents online (Form I-130). What documents did y'all provide for evidence? Can anyone provide some insights on this part of the application? My mom has no records of religious, school or census record. Thank you!
