Thanks all for your help. The petitioner (my husband) sent a letter (notarized at the bank) explaining that I haven't been married, and detailing the error we made on the i-130 form (by part and number). Additionally, he sent another copy of the i-130 form corrected.
They mailed the request May 1st and received our response May 9th. They approved our petition on May 16th. It was a very quick process for us (at Potomac Center). We applied February 14th and got the 797 form on May 16th.

The petitioner has been married twice.  Explain that, sure.  However, the issue of the RFE should be resolved with a letter from the petitioner indicating that the beneficiary has been married only once, to him, the petitioner.
